Here attached payment receipt for my plan and speed details mention in this receipt. We have unable to enjoy your commitment service like 40 mbps. We have all ready inform your staff for this issue on whattsap number - [protected] on 13/03/2020. And complaint registered number - 4970634. If this type issue your site not resolve in time please refund my payment asap. And we have not use your committed service 40mbps internet. This day reimburse in my service time.

You are nuisance for industry gtpl. shame on you. 👎👎👎👎

Dear gtpl you are fail to provide regular and commited internet service.
And we have all ready complain mail before one month and your staff inform same time.
What is your company's policy???
I understand your company policy is wrong commit to customers Recive payment in advance and always cheating with customer's
Your company also cheating with customer assurance.
Please tell why customer suffering for your worst service. Because he trust your company??
