For the past 2-3 days i have been experiencing less than 1% download speed than the plan i have subscribed. An online complaint was raised on the app (Proof attached), following which i had spoken with one of their senior managers. I later called the customer support several times but was able to connect with them just twice. Both the times they had promised that the issue will be resolved the following day. It has been 3 days and i still have no resolution to the problem. I have paid for the services that i am not getting and have been kept on hold for a long time. I expect to get a refund for the remainder of the billing period. I have call recordings as further proof, if required.

    Due ro relocation, i submitted request for disconnection of my hathway broadband. I returned the modem on december 6th and have not renewed my account for the last 4 months. Even after multiple requests, i am still getting bills and emails from hathway. They are not at all responding to my emails. They are sending me legal notice to return my modem

      Due to corona virus, everyone is working from home. My company also provided wfh with instructions to have a good internet connection. I was looking for a provider who could provide internet within a day. When i called hathway sales guy, he committed that hathway can do this. He assured me that internet will start working within an hour of post installation. It's day three now and i'm still waiting for internet to work.
      I had to recharge my other wi-fi device since i had no option. I called that sales guy multiple times and every-time he came up with a new explanation of why it's not working but never provided the genuine reason.
      I called other technical persons too, sent messages and there was a same explanation from everyone that it's a technical issue.
      Now, no one is responding now.
      Not even helpline number where you wait for half an hour in queue and finally gall gets disconnected.
      Installation was done on 19th of this month. It's not really a good experience for a new customer.

      Since the internet never worked for me, i haven't used a single kb of data.

        Requesting you to cancel my broadband connection as cable guy never visited for installation at my address.

        Misleading and wrong communication /false promised / no response after payment/ unprofessional staff / wrong commitment/

        I was told i will get the installation today and asked to make a payment on priority basis and the same was done rs.2652.00, (Within five minutes he made me process the payment) like hathway is one of fastest service provider in bangalore. Seriously.

        It is not about a money... It is about trust factor.. If you cant do it "do not promise".

        Honestly: i like the way i had conversation with act fibernet sales guy - he straight away said - it is not possible for next 7 working days. Simple...

        The person who is in charge of this never answered the phone since payment his number is[protected] mr. Thimmaraju and his manager number is [protected].

        You customer service number which never gets connected. Most of the times or connected after chosing all the ivr options then dropped while connecting to the agent... WowwwWWW.. another surprize... Great going..

        I want a refund and get this cancelled immediately.

          I called hathway for new connection.[protected] person prasanna was asked me to pay the amount and share documents through watsapp. I did everything he told. Bill was generated online on 18.03.2020 but till now no response from his end. I put a msg to him and called him to refund the amount but no reply. We are allowed to work from home, we are facing difficulty to work. Ned help as no one should face the same problem as me.

            I have opted for new connection 17th march, 2020, an agent called and have made me payment in an hour for 3 months package with 1736/- and informed the installation and connection will be done on the same day eod. But it has been 4 days, till now there is no installation happened. Also the billing has wrong name printed. She said she is going to change it and send me after i paid. Even there is no update on that. They just want to increase the no. Of connections payment happened through them.

            They have provided me a customer care number, but its such a worst service that it only can ask for "new connection" or existing connection. My position is intermediate to this. I have paid for the new connection without receiving the installation. I have been calling the agent and customer care for last 2 days, eveyrday she tells that it will happen by eod and doesn't do anything after that. She says she has escalated but i don't receive a mail or update sms that there is something happened.
            I can foresee how the service will be, so i have also asked for connection termination and to refund my money back. There is literally nothing to do with it right now. Today when we called the agent who made the payment and connection, is not receiving the call and messages in whatsapp to contact only through whatsapp and never replies.

            Someone called me on 20th March around 6PM after submitting this complaint, that in an hour I will have the router installation done. And now even that person stopped responding. Literally there is way now either to disconnect or to get the installation done. No one responds in customer care.

              I have purchased new data connection on 16th march. It's been 4 days but still internet is not activated. I called representative but he is saying he will do. I mailed hathway but no response came. I contacted on twitter they said they will contact me. No call recieved. Payment was taken first but service is still not provided. My account is [protected]

                  The one who contacted me regarding new connection of 3months worth of 1767/- prepaid connection of 50mbps from Hathway is now rejecting my calls and not responding to my WhatsApp messages.
                  Whereas field technician from Hathway visited my home address and said ' your home can't be served with connection, please contact Hathway cust care' Then I reached the person of Hathway who earlier contacted me and told them what the field technician said to me.
                  They told me ' Will check and call back in 5-10min'. After that they didn't even give a missed call also.
                  Even if I made a call, they simply rejected or put my call on awaiting. Never looked up to me. I kept on calling for 2 days for about 30-40 times.

                  I again made a call to the field technician who earlier visited my home address and asked him whether our street has broadband service.
                  Then he said ' Yes it is there but It is 150meters away '.

                  And I was like can't these people extend service by pulling there cable wire for 150meters.

                  Quietly I requested him ' Can you please extend your cable to my house'

                  He then said 'I will check ' and put off my call.

                  I had made the payment on the Hathway person word of assurance but now I am feeling very upset about there negligence and fraudulent behaviour.

                  I have Hathway account generated but of no use. I didn't pay the bill because I have more money.
                  I need internet access so I had to.
                  How can these people cheat on me like this.

                  If giving connection and extending your service for about 150m is a problem for you, then simply tell us at the beginning itself. Don't promise customers and fool around.

                  Only one thing I expect now from you, Kindly put on connection and activate services for the registered home address or else refund my money back .

                      I got this connection on 21 march this year. It was working fine until now. But suddenly stopped working. There is wifi symbol but no internet connection. They have an app but it has very low user rating. I don’t see a better way to ask them to solve this issue then be raising complaint through forum.

                      Kindly fix my internet connection soon.

                        I had once done a mistake of buying hathway cable for a month. My account number is [protected]. Due to their pathetic customer support, i discontinued the services. Since then, they are calling me like 6-7 times in a single day. This is a clear case of harassment. I have contacted their customer support for dnd activation. They have assured me several times that they had enabled dnd and i won't receive any calls from them but they were again calling me the very next day. Till now i haven't received any satisfactory response regarding my dnd request.

                          I used hathway in bangalore for around 6 months till april 2019. I discontinued it because i left the city and that rented room.

                          I sent messages to the local hathaway guy for that area (Thipassandra), the one who gave me the connection. But no one responded or arrived to take the modem.

                          At the time of leaving, i told the landlord to give the modem in case they turn up. My dues till that point were all cleared.

                          After that, they kept calling me every day to use their service with random offers although i did not need them anymore.

                          Now... After almost a year, they have started mailing me so-called "legal notices" for not submitting the modem although it was the incompetence of their own guys on the ground.

                          & where were they all these months? Is it just not a way to extort more money from ex-customers?

                          I am considering filing a harassment case against the company.

                            I have purchased new connection on sunday i. E 15 march and all the cable work & modem installation was completed on sunday itself at 5:30 pm. The guy (Who have completed installation) told me to wait for half an hour and internet will start working but internet is not working yet.

                            I have made numerous call to the customer care and everytime they are giving me new time.

                            On 16 march : i called customer care at 10 am and executive told me that internet will work after 4 hours but it didn't. I called again at 3 pm and execitive told me that payment is not reflecting so, connect with the guy whom you gave the money. I called that guy (Satish kumar) around 10 times and then he picked the call. I asked him to complete his wok and then he did. At 7 pm, i received a message that my account has been activated but internet was still not working.

                            On 17 march : i again called customer care at 11 am and executive told me that your modem showing offline here and we will resolve it in 5 hours. I waited till 4 pm but internet didn't worked and then i again called customer care and executive told me that there is some problem and internet will start working max by 7 pm but it didn't and then i again called at customer care and executive told me that we are still facing problem and it will start working by 2 pm of 18 march. Then i asked him to refund my money as i don't want to go with your service. He told me that request have been raised and payment team will connect with you with in 24 hours.

                            On 18 march : i didn't received any call from payment team yet and internet still not working.

                            This is the service hathway is providing???

                            You are saying that hathway is the best internet service provider. This is the work standard of best internet service provider???

                            Hathway is providing worst internet service as you are making fool of customers and i want my full money back i. E inr 2121.

                            I don't have any hope that you will take action on this but still expecting some action from your team.

                              I do online gaming and for the past couple of weeks i'm experiencing internet issues. For online gaming we need internet with lowest possible latency. For the past couple of weeks. I have been getting very high ping on online games. You might think i may have connected to different servers, but I am always connected to Indian servers. I have been complaining on the issue, raised a ticket but closed it without proper resolvement of the issue. For this i have even tested the ping with the official hathway broadband app as well as third party websites.

                                I am from bangalore. I have taken a plan from hathway broadband.. Person came and installed the router from past three days my internet has not started every day and night i call customer care they say after two hours it will work always

                                I am really fed up i have taken scheme of three month broadband plan. Hathway service in bangalore is very poor they don't resolve issues and help us with their service. I kept hope from past three days but no solution as person who installed says call customer care and customer care just give time and days

                                I had requested for upgrade of my broadband plan from 100mbps to 150mbps Hathway received payment of 3006INR on Feb 4th and haven't provided service neither refunded the money and no response from customer care as well.

                                  I had renewed the package "men_community_80mb_blr_pre_hlfyrly-subscription", but the plan that's being activated is "men_value_100_mbps_pre_hy" which only has 300 gbs for 6 months.

                                  To make things worse, the amount that i paid is 5657/- but i just see 5426/- in the bill. Do you even consider returning the remaining amount, or you just believe in scamming your customers?

                                  After 12 continuous and not so customer friendly calls and mails, and waiting for internet for 3 days despite of making the payment, i just get 300 gbs for 6 months?

                                  My previous package had unlimited internet with 6 months + 60 days offer. Renewal should give me the exact same package. If the terms are changed it has to be mentioned explicitly.

                                  If the previous package isn't gonna be continued then please transfer the money back to my account and deactivate it altogether. This package is as good as not having anything.

                                    I have disconnected my hathway connection almost 10 yeard ago and i still receive sms from your side.

                                      I applied for a new connection on the 5th of march 2020 and received a call from a hathway representative regarding the same on 6th march 2020. After selecting the package that person sent me a link for payment which i paid. Now when i call them, they say there is no account based on the details i am giving them. Then what was the link i received and what did i pay for. Is this the system at hathway. I want my money back now or i'll raise a complaint legally for fraud. I am this frustrated because its been a week and i still have no resolution given for this issue.

                                      They just transfer my call whenever i contact the customer care but the line is never transferred to anybody and just gets disconnected.

                                      I want action to be taken against the company policies and i want my money back. Worst broadband service ever.

                                        My customer id of hathway broadband is [protected]. They have not installed connection at my place. First they asked me to do online payment and when i asked for installation there reply was we are not serviceable in your area. It was on 26th of november and now it's march 15. 2020. I am struggling for refund. Everytime i call customer care there reply is we will get back to you tomorrow and your refund will be processed within 45 days
