Updated by Prathyushavaishu999 The one who contacted me regarding new connection of 3months worth of 1767/- prepaid connection of 50mbps from Hathway is now rejecting my calls and not responding to my WhatsApp messages.
Whereas field technician from Hathway visited my home address and said ' your home can't be served with connection, please contact Hathway cust care' Then I reached the person of Hathway who earlier contacted me and told them what the field technician said to me.
They told me ' Will check and call back in 5-10min'. After that they didn't even give a missed call also.
Even if I made a call, they simply rejected or put my call on awaiting. Never looked up to me. I kept on calling for 2 days for about 30-40 times.
I again made a call to the field technician who earlier visited my home address and asked him whether our street has broadband service.
Then he said ' Yes it is there but It is 150meters away '.
And I was like can't these people extend service by pulling there cable wire for 150meters.
Quietly I requested him ' Can you please extend your cable to my house'
He then said 'I will check ' and put off my call.
I had made the payment on the Hathway person word of assurance but now I am feeling very upset about there negligence and fraudulent behaviour.
I have Hathway account generated but of no use. I didn't pay the bill because I have more money.
I need internet access so I had to.
How can these people cheat on me like this.
If giving connection and extending your service for about 150m is a problem for you, then simply tell us at the beginning itself. Don't promise customers and fool around.
Only one thing I expect now from you, Kindly put on connection and activate services for the registered home address or else refund my money back .
