Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] — port opening

I have a issue regarding port forwarding. i cant access any port of public ip provided by company when i connect a net.

open a numbers of support ticket. they have always reply me We apologize for the inconvenience this matter may have caused. "We would like to inform you that we have not blocked any ports from our end."

I have scan GTPL all ip this problem is facing in new connection only. i have also send port scan report to company but they cant verify my report and reply same.
