This is to bring to your notice that from past many months hathway broadband connection is not working properly and the connection is not stable. We recharged the internet connection yesterday, still it is not working. We approached customer care, but they still did not send the technical person to solve the problem. The technical person is very irresponsible and they respond to us in a very careless manner when we call them. This has been happening many times to us and even others have the same problem.
We are not able to submit important projects because of the poor and instable connection.
Hence i request you to kindly refund our recharged money immediately.
