I deactivated my hathaway account 3 months back and paid all the bill. After that their guy came and collected the modem without giving any receiving or any proof. Now after 3 months of terminating of my services suddenly hathaway is sending me legal notice through e-mail to deposit the modem. How am i supposed to deposit the modem again?

    Hi,
    A/c no:[protected] i have shifted my residence 2 years before i. E, in 2016 may & i requested hathway 6months before to deactivate it. They still send me notifications of pending bills and scare me to file case against me. I paid one more bill accidentally in december 2018 for which i haven’t used at all. So, request is to deactivate it and get rid of my data from your records. I called n number of times to customer service but they tell me to return router which is my propert as i got it by paying huge sum of amount at the time of new connection & i was told that i own it. Anyways the router is been spoiled.
    I want an early response in regards to this and stop sending me messages and emails

      Customer id [protected]. I had disconnected my internet with hathway in february 2018 by raising a case for disconnection. I had given an appointment for device pick up post which my account was deactivated succesfully.
      Despite this, i received an email today stating legal action against me for non return of device.
      They have been calling me for the entire year non-stop with their offers and now this is the last resort.
      This is harassment.

      I had the account number [protected] of hathway. I told the executives several times that I have moved permanently from the city and stop calling me . But still they are harassing by calling 5 times a day . Please end this otherwise you are taking away your own reputation hathway.

        We disconnected Hathaway broadband ([protected]) in 2017. For months, I followed up with the customer care for disconnection and device pick up.several appointments for pick up were made with Hathaway customer care but no one came to collect.we continued getting bills despite disconnection. After several calls we were assured the service is disconnected and 'no action is required from us'. We moved out of Bangalore after 6 months during which I called them multiple times.
        After 2 years we get an email threatening us legal action for not returning the device.This is harassment.

          In June-July 2018 was about to shift my house and wanted my hathway connection to be relocated I raised a help ticket. A engineer had visited and took the device saying it will be relocated. I didn't think twice as it might be the norm that they take the device. The connection was never relocated. Now they want me to submit the device back.

            This is the first time i am using hathway its been a month. Being a new cutomer hathway is one of the worst customer service i ever had. I had called more than 5 times for my issue. I was said that the very first month the bill will be 943 after that i have to pay 786 each month. But this month they had disconnected my internet connection inspite of paying 786rs. I would have called more than 5 times and raised complaints many times but still the issue persists.

            I was using airtel and switched to hathway. Airtel was way better. I dont mind switching back to airtel as well and sugget my friends not to use hathway if my issue is not resolved. I have all call recordings with your sale team and tech team regarding this issue. I dont mind taking it legally as well.

            Make sure i get my internet connection back.

            when i tried to call back no one is resolving the issue. i paid my bill and still no intrenet
            I dindt receive any call yet. i tried calling the sutomer suppport again . Trust me i had never spoke to such a cheap and bad associates again. They just say you will get internet in 2 hours from CUSTOMER CARE agent, sales team, billing team nd even from the team lead but no ### internet came. The team lead went to higher extent and gave his personal number to contact if i dindt get my internet in 4 hours. And when i called after 4 hours the number was not reachable. Such a stupidest service ever. i wont let anyone in my area get Hathway as well as post everywhere in my fb, insta and all social meadis not to buy.

              Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care.
              I used to hold a hathway account about 6 months back. But i shifted my residence and hathway refused to provide their services in the new location. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but to no avail. Its torturous.

                Gtpl internet has been down for 17 days out of the last 25 days. I had first bought a trial of 3 months when it worked very well. But the moment i paid for a long term 9 month package, internet has stopped working. I have had working internet only for 8 days out of 25 days since payment of 9 month package. That too at very low speeds at times. I have payed for 10 mbps plan, i get only 1.5 - 2 mbps. Customer care keeps telling me everyday the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but never works. Local technicians are very rude and just give excuses. Keep promising internet will start working again but it doesn't work for more than a few hours and goes down again.

                  Anb_307b internet not working since 25th december. Opened multiple complaints and all i get is a text saying your complaint has been resolved. Call center employees say we can not do anything but open another complaint so it is just like playing this open and close game. If not resolved, for sure am not going to go for another year of business with you guys. Moreover your employees literally have no sense of talking. I place call with english option and they start the call with gujarati... Moreover they hang up the phone on my face and route me to nearest office. Guys in office route me back to customer support. Being player like a pingpong

                    My hathway a/c no. Is [protected].

                    I paid for the hathway internet connection in my house on 24th december.
                    I was advised by the agents (Parshuram and ram) to pay for two routers as my house was big. One router for the living room and the 2nd one for both my bedrooms. I paid in full.

                    The first router was installed and its signal only came till the living room.
                    The second router was not installed till a whole week later.

                    And after the installation, we could only access it in one room. Erratically, that too. It didn't detect in the 2nd room at all.

                    We have been trying to call our hathway agents (Parshuram and ram), both have stopped picking up our calls. It's been a whole week o[censored]s trying to get in touch, and them avoiding our calls. Please advise.

                      This is to bring to your notice that from past many months hathway broadband connection is not working properly and the connection is not stable. We recharged the internet connection yesterday, still it is not working. We approached customer care, but they still did not send the technical person to solve the problem. The technical person is very irresponsible and they respond to us in a very careless manner when we call them. This has been happening many times to us and even others have the same problem.
                      We are not able to submit important projects because of the poor and instable connection.

                      Hence i request you to kindly refund our recharged money immediately.

                        Hi,

                        I have consumed hathway broadband from july 2017 to september 2018 and migrated some other location in chennai with closing of this connection.

                        Surrendered router and adaptor by getting a acknowledgement receipt (Attached here). The hathway engineer told me that our hathway people will call you against the repayment within a week. But still now i didn't get any calls. Even i have been calling hathway custom care number[protected] last two weeks. They said our billing people will call you within 48 hours. Still, i'm not getting any calls regarding this issue.

                        Initially i have paid "thank you for paying rs. 1570. Your transaction id for this payment is r-8280588".

                          My hathway broadband id is [protected]. My account was due for renewal on 15.12.2018. I made a payment of rs 9190 for 12+2 month renewal at increased speed/upgrade. I made payment through upi bhim app through citrus payment gateway as per the link on website. Hathway transaction id as per sms: [protected]_[protected]_88442638. The transaction of rs. 9190 was successful. As per upi app transaction id:[protected] payment made through [protected]@axisbank on 14.12.2018 at 18:02: pm. But they have deactivated my account saying that they still have not received my payment. Daily i’m getting 5 calls from hathaway saying that i have not renewed my account. I have filed complaint at least 3-4 times but still i am facing harassment from these companies. Citrus pay has clearly told me i should take up the issue with the merchant and they are not responsible. Latest complaint id lodged with hathaway is w866449. I have been defrauded by these companies of rs 9190 and no one is taking responsibility. I have attached all the snapshots as evidence of the fraud committed by the companies.

                          If my problem is not resolved i will sue these companies for rs 9190 and also additional 20, 000/- as damages.

                              I was using hathway services in noida (A/c no - [protected]). I have relocated to a new address and returned their equipment too. They do not have service capability at the new address. I have tried all means to convey it to their customer service whenever i receive their calls that i do not want any sort of communication from them. None of their customer care numbers can be contacted. I have sent emails to them as well. Is their any solution to get rid of this headache?

                                Hi as i have paid rs. 3170/- for six months subscription, with a ac. No.[protected] as they have told me that it will be installed by 5.30 pm, as there is no response from them or a call also. As i have contacted the person who have visited my home and collected required documents as well as i have also called the person who have told me about the connection and also i have been kept many of messages through whatsup also there is no use and due to their false information i have wasted my 7 hours of time and postponed my important works also.                                   Gtpl sales person collect cheque on 5th dec. 2018 for renew and shift service to other address and he said it will take max. 3-4 days but i still didn't get any solution from them after 4-5 complaints.

                                  They deduct money on 7-8 dec. 2018 but i still didn't get their service and their customer support and management team not giving any solution.

                                  Whenever i complaint to their customer support then they just give me complaint number and said our person will give you solution within 24 hours but it's not happened yet.

                                  After all i am suffering from last 1 month about this issue but they even don't care about their customer after took money.

                                  When i tried to contact gtpl sales person and i said i need solution otherwise i will file a fir against all of you then he softly said go for it so i don't think so they are professionals.

                                  I just need help

                                    Hi,
                                    Even after paying the amount on 1st of december, hathway team disconnected the internet but are still asking for the money.
                                    I am not interested to make double payment.
                                    Even after sharing the confirmation from the bank, they have disconnected the internet.
                                    Hence you can go ahead and disconnect the connection permanently as i do not have trust and i am withdrawing from your network

                                      I called an executive of hathway in Aurangasbad., Maharashtra, for a new broadband connection.This was on 08/12/18.He told me that the available broadband plans are 50Mbps and 100Mbps unlimited.He told me that I have to pay 2300 for 50Mbps unlimited connection.This amount was for 3 months duration.Then he did the necessary paperwork and gave me an account number ([protected]).I was very impresseed by the speed of work.But I did not hear from him for 4-5 days.Later I started calling him daily for 1 week.Still no positive action towards giving a connection.
                                      Then I sent a mail to nodal officer and on the next day the same guy called me and said that he will give connection immediately.But he said the fiber connection is not yet available (eventhough he initially told me about 50& 100 Mbps plans only.)Now he said that he will give me 5Mbps unlimited connection but I have to pay Rs.90 more.
                                      I did the same and the technitian came to my home on 21/12/2018.(Almost 2 weeks after paying Rs, .2300.) The technitian told me that my connection will be active by evening and I would get a message from their higher offices.Nothing has come till today(28/12/2018).They have started counting my plan from 21/12/18.I never got internet but just installed modem.The customer care executives are giving conflicting responses.
                                      This is robbery in broad day light.I want justice.
