I disconnected my hathway broadband in 2016 and asked them to collect the modem from the location. No one fron hathway collected it and now all of a sudden i get a message saying, "request you to submit the modem to avoid legal proceedings." they harrassed these two years asking for connection and i always told them that i moved out of mumbai and cannot have the connection. No one from them really bothered at that...

Hathway is very worst service before recharging they will terll that if you recharge 6 months they will give free 2 months subscription after recharging 6 months they will not adding 2 months extra plan as per their commitment Since then i have been following up with Hathway team on mails but no one is bother to respond to my mails. i have raised multiple complaints but no responce and directly closing tickets and executives not giving proper...

I am using hathway broad band from last two years. I referred this to some of my friends also. But today i got an issue with hathway as my broadband connection got deactivated. They are saying your account doesn't have sufficient balance. But last month i. E 25 the november i paid amount for two months. I informed same and they accepted. But the team don't have proper answer why my account has less amount to activate...

Hathway internet connection has been off since 2 weeks and the customer care numbers are all inappropriate.
We have been calling hathway numbers like crazy but no one ever picks up the call. As all said it is a very bad experience with hathway.
Kindly call us and tell us what is wrong or give us the refund of our money asap....

Hi, I made a transaction on 23rd December, 2018 to pay my Hathway BroadBand Bill with my UPI(Google Pay) through CITRUS link... and the amount has been deducted but the Recepient(HATHWAY) has not been received the amount as still I can see the payment is due...I am attaching the screenshot from Google Pay showing the amount is rey by CITRUS SOLUTIONS Pvt. I've asked several times not to contact me over phone for any marketing calls. However, they keep calling me and start in telugu. When i ask for english or hindi, they disconnect.
