I have applied for a new gtpl broadband connection request on 06/03/2020 and make full payment online to gtpl.
After 5 days service person said connection is not possible in my area.
So i have applied for refund request at [protected]@gtpl.net on 17/03/2020
As per gtpl rules, i have to wait for 45day for a refund.
After 45day i don't get any refund
I have tried to call gtpl cc and salesperson but that repels below
Gtpl: we do not submit your request because you are not gtpl consumer
Salesperson: you paid money to gtpl so content gtpl
From the last 4-5 months, i have mailed to gtpl 25-30 times, call into gtpl cc but not get any refunds.
