Hathway — Hathway Broadband not collecting modem despite repeated reminders, sending legal notice to collect modem

I closed the Hathway connection in June. I asked their customer support via email and call to collect the device.
No one came to do that. I left the device with my landlord and moved away.
In Whatsapp since then, I am recieving automated messages asking me to confirm so that an executive can come collect the device. I always reply YES but no action from their side.

Today they sent another message threatening legal action. But they do not pick up call or actually call themselves. They are not at all interested in collecting their modem, only in spam calling customers and not being available to any due process.
