I have raised the wifi shift request on hathway application. And I got a call from executive. He informed me as the shifting processor will take 10 days. But, my urgent need of broadband connection. I have taken a new connection on shifted location. So, I have asked them to cancel the shift request and cancel the connection. And initiate the refund request as well as deposit amount. But, its been a one month already, I didn't got my refund amount and my initial deposit amount. And, no one come to collect the wifi box. Mainly, I was getting 4 to 5 calls daily to recharge the disconnected wifi. I already informed them. But, they are really torturing me daily and force to frustration level.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
