      We hav discontinued the hathway broadband connection and returned the wifi device to them and still I am getting spam calls threatening us for not returning the wifi device though we have returned it 3weeks ago
      Daily am getting these calls for 5-6times which is really frustrating and is effecting my personal and professional life

        Address: Company refused to share office address

        After payment is completed activation is not done for broadband service for over 2 days. My calls to the co-ordinator (name held) is not honoured.
        This causes lot of problems for WFH members of my family. This was told to their agent or coordinator also. He is silent on this too!
        Let Hathway return my money paid to them for connection in full in view of the problems created by them.
        Worst service providers in Chennai. Warning to other future users please.
        I called their customer service for local address. She (name held) refused. However she promised she would hasten up! Sure, she will not do.
        Why the person who was prompt in getting money from me is not picking up my calls now!

        Now slowly I realise that Hathway Broadband service provider is the worst on the world level! Netizens beware not to fall pery to them!!

          Call centre person does not want to share the address even. Everyone understands the problem; eachone will try to resolve! The solution is not in sight.
          Hathway should return my money & compensation for the hardships created by them. The contact person is not answering the phone calls too.
          What is the remedy?
          Even on date the money was not returned and their materials not taken back. While collecting money they were very quick; but not when returning due their fault. They do not care for the customer's sufferings because of their inhouse inefficiency. Customer care executives are evasive in reply.
          Beware Net users; never ever fall prey to Hathway Broadband connection.

            Further to payment there was no proper attention to customer's call for activation. The contact person (name not to be disclosed, now) is not honouring my call for activation. More than 10 times, I tried (to call him) but in vain.
            I plan to make it public soon.
            Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Hathway customer support was notified. They will also turn deaf ear! Kindly note even on date the money given for immediate use of net for WFH purposes, is not returned! Is this customer support?

              I request for shifting connection on 3rd of november 2023 and still no response from them.I even called them for 2 to 3 times but still they just tell us to wait more .This is worst service geeting by there side.

              I am having problem with these people. Their Customer Care Executives are hopeless. Better shift to other broadband provider if you want to avoid BP problems.

                Even after deactivating hathway internet service, customer care calls every 30 mins daily and causing nuisance. even after informing multiple times this continues.
                When a consumer leaves the services due to bad customer services then how dare they irritate customers who left their services and is it still viable for them contact daily 3 to 4 times ????

                    I closed the Hathway connection in June. I asked their customer support via email and call to collect the device.
                    No one came to do that. I left the device with my landlord and moved away.
                    In Whatsapp since then, I am recieving automated messages asking me to confirm so that an executive can come collect the device. I always reply YES but no action from their side.

                    Today they sent another message threatening...

                    I have disconnected the hathway broadband connection as I have relocated to another city 6 months back. I have informed the customer care about this a hundred times with patience. Even then I get calls everyday till today diligently.
                    Please do something about this. It is very frustrating.

                      Hi,

                      Hathway Broadband internet is not stable for nearly 1 month. It disconnects every 5 minutes. We had tried contacting Hathway via customer care number but we are not able to speak with a technical assistant instead it is routing to an automatic voice everytime.

                      Either fix the issue in a day or i would disconnect this and go for another service provider.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have raised the wifi shift request on hathway application. And I got a call from executive. He informed me as the shifting processor will take 10 days. But, my urgent need of broadband connection. I have taken a new connection on shifted location. So, I have asked them to cancel the shift request and cancel the connection. And initiate the refund request as well as deposit amount. But, its been a one month already, I didn't got my refund amount and my initial deposit amount. And, no one come to collect the wifi box. Mainly, I was getting 4 to 5 calls daily to recharge the disconnected wifi. I already informed them. But, they are really torturing me daily and force to frustration level.

                        These people will harass you to the core, The coordinating person will not honour your call; will turn deaf ear to your calls. They will make your life miserable to the extent you would be ready to forgo the money! Their nice way of robbing from you to increase their profit and earnings.
                        They will never return your money. They are not bothered about their useless box. Please go to the nearst police station and lodge a complaint early. Good luck. Inform your contacts to run away from Hathway broadband!

                          Hathway account id [protected] taken on Jan 2023

                          and surrendered on Aug 2023 but the refundable deposit of Rs 400 which is not repaid to me

                          lodged the complaint through their customer care ref number 26082023V094129, i was informed the resolution time is 15 days.but so far the amount is not refunded/didn't get a call from their end to know about my complaint.

                          Also i was informed by them that the amount would not be refunded if i close their broadband within a year. i was not informed the same when i opt for their connection on Jan 2023.

                            I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to my hometown. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call? Do i need to come to your capital office and give you a written statement? As per your guidelines i reached customer care and informed to stop the service. What else expecting from consumer?

                              As i was relocationg to a new location, i dint want hathway anymore and so i stoppped renewing. Later they kept on calling me for renewal and failing to which i have to submit router back. I agreed to send all the equiments back but no one showed up. Now i am getting a call that says i will be sued for this. Being a customer, its my decision choose or not to choose hathway. This is seriously affecting my mental health and taking lot of time answering to their cusomer executives. I need them to stop calling me and take their equipments back as soon as possible.

                                Hi, .

                                I am a customer of Hathway internet service provider. I am from chrompet, chennai. I facing the internet connection issue past 5 days from 3rd Oct 2023 till now. I raised the complaint for this from hathway portal on 3rd Oct 2023 early morning around 6 o' clock. But still I didn't get any solution still now. I tried to reach out customer service support team, they also not initiated anything. I tried to reach my area service engineer of hathway Mr.JEYKUMAR multiple times, but he is not responding for my call.

                                They are not providing good service, Because due to this, i am struggling in my office work and i faced the problem from my management.

                                I already provided my alternative contact number also to our team. Even single call i didn't received from hathway side. It is not acceptable. I paid money for it in every month ₹845. But I didn't get any proper response from hathway team.

                                  I'm using Hathway account [protected], i moving from Hyderabad to my home village there is no connection to Hathway. so I asked them to terminate and collect the modem from me on 26/09/2023. they said they were noted and would collect the modem but till now there has been no response from the team.

                                  I wrote emails and called customer care but no one care about this, Daily I'm getting a lot of calls from Hathway,

                                    Connection Shift denied

                                    Myself Kalyanjyoti Mohan with Hathway customer id of [protected]; been using Hathway for last two years in Kazi road, Gangtok, and had to shift to a new place near Swastik, Gangtok. Before shifting I asked the technical team if the shifting of the connection to the new place be possible, and they responded positively, which is why I recharged my device until February 2024 before shifting, but after I shifted weirdly enough, the same team responds...

                                    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the internet service provided by Hathway Broadband. I am a loyal customer of your company, and I have always relied on your services for a seamless internet connection. However, today has been an extremely frustrating experience as I have not received the promised internet service since the morning.

                                    I had important work commitments that required a stable internet connection, and I specifically chose Hathway Broadband for its reliability. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access the internet throughout the day, which has severely impacted my ability to work from home.

                                    I would like to highlight that I have paid for the internet service in advance, and it is disappointing to see such a lapse in service quality. I expected Hathway Broadband to uphold its commitment to providing uninterrupted internet access.

                                    I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the internet service I have paid for as per our agreement. I believe that a prompt resolution is necessary to compensate for the inconvenience and financial loss I have experienced due to this service outage.

                                    If this issue is not addressed promptly, I may have to consider registration
                                    of complaint in consumer court

                                    I would appreciate your prompt response and a clear plan of action to restore my internet service and prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
