I am a customer of Hathway internet service provider. I am from chrompet, chennai. I facing the internet connection issue past 5 days from 3rd Oct 2023 till now. I raised the complaint for this from hathway portal on 3rd Oct 2023 early morning around 6 o' clock. But still I didn't get any solution still now. I tried to reach out customer service support team, they also not initiated anything. I tried to reach my area...

I'm using Hathway account [protected], i moving from Hyderabad to my home village there is no connection to Hathway. so I asked them to terminate and collect the modem from me on 26/09/2023. they said they were noted and would collect the modem but till now there has been no response from the team.

For the last 15 days, i have been continuously taking follow-ups from ur team for my internet connection issue getting no reply. yet no person from your technical team reached me to fix the issue. How come you people ask for renewal first to fix my issue and compensate me for my loss?...

Hathway has been the worst company.
Even after discontinuing their service their support team keep calling again and again to reactivate it. Even after telling them 1000times that i have shifted my office and i dont need your service they are doing the same.I had told th to collect their router it’s at the same place, But still they try to reactivate it.Today i received email regarding legal action from the company.

I have disconnected from both their broadband and cable services, but they're torturing me every single day calling from different numbers. I have had enough saying that I have disconnected from their services and delete my numbers from all sorts of their third parties. I have no dues or anything....

I have been having issues with the internet from pass few days because of your internet i lost my important work i paid around 3k 100mbps in a small flat still i dont get decent internet...

No proper customer service from hathway in bangalore for hathway broadband. If your planning to buy broadband line please buy it from another ISP. if you dont recharge one day also they will keep on calling, but my internet is down for 2 days, no response from them, none of their numbers are working....
