[Resolved] Hathway — Hathway executives calling again and again even after paying the penalty for non-return of router even after 4 years | |||
Hi, this is regarding the poor response from hathway. they suddenly called after 4 years from the departure of my previous account stating i didnt return the router and when i said i no longer stay at that place and been 4 years, as a resolution i have to pay the penalty charges to close my account . so i paid penalty as specified by two executives one for 146 rs on[protected] and 430 rs on[protected]. I am attaching the bills of both . I also have the full conversations recorded between me and the customer care agent. I reach of all of then even with the attaching my grievance with nodal officer and no one replied and yet coming back again with calls daily to activate. why should I activate.? is changing my phone number the only option left?? account no: [protected] Hyderabad Branch Was this information helpful? | |||
