I have deactivated hathway broadband service due to shifting and I have informed the hathway team for service discontinuation, still hathway keeps on calling every day and each Day I have to explain them reason for service discontinuation.

    I purchased the gtpl broadband last year and till now every week they have any technical issues sometimes router didn't recieve internet on the other hand completely off for 5 to 6 hours. When ever I call to customer care they always told me that technical issue is there or line checking is there, I am living in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, and how they have technical issues every week. It's almost 24 hours of my complaint but still problem not resolved and I recieved the message at night 2:45 am that problem resolved but at morning nothing happened at all. I complaint the same problem on 12 June 2021, and now it's 24 June 2021 nothing changed in the company's problem managing method, without solving any problem or sending there technicians they closed our complaint and show 0 complaint pending to resolve.And technicians do nothing when they visit only say just every thing is fine and working.

        I have paid for Hathway broadband for six months but I have not got my internet speed for the past couple of months and I am very unsatisfied with their service so I want a disconnection but on their application there is no way that they have an option for a disconnection policy or a refund policy of the internet that has not been used or if I want to disconnect my internet.

          Broadband connection is not working properly since 22 days.

          I have informed them but they don't support at all.

          Called, emailed and Submitted complain on GTPL app but no response.

          They just close the ticket and dont slove problem.

          I am in education and business is badly affected.

          Technical support team is unavailable all the time.

            This is Nishchita. I'm from Hyderabad. I have been using Hathway's internet services for almost four years. There has never been any major issue with their internet service provider. Even if there was any issue they used to send an intimation that internet service would be down for a specific period of time and after such time was over the internet service was restored again. Previously when there was any kind of issue with the modem or internet service we could write what the issue was in the app and raise an issue. Following which a customer service executive would appear at our door to solve the problem. But now everything has changed. Since the last two months there is a terrible issue with the service and the customer care team is just the worst. The plan I have taken is "BB2 50 Mbps Unlimited Pre 6 Mtly". The internet issue was persisting since last two months and I used to go to app to raise an issue twice a week. But from the last month, the situation has gone out of hand. The internet service is completely down. No matter how many complaints I raise in the app it shows that the issue has been solved and asks for a feedback which is pathetic. I even went to their official twitter account and tweeted the issue to which there was no proper response. Even in the app previously we could type the issue manually but now they have placed a stupid chatbot named Diva which just doesn't make any issue and it doesn't solve any problem at all. I'm fed of having to raise an issue every single day and in the end I don't get results. My work, my studies and every other online task is affected due to this worst service by Hathway. I even initiated a refund in the app and one lady called and she told she'll send someone to my house to look into the issue. But nobody came and neither was I contacted again. I made repeated effort to get my refund but everything went in vain. There's a lot of mental agony one has to go through just because of this idiotic service. I paid 3249.72 for this package and it is all waste now. I just want my refund and extra for the damages caused. Their pathetic service has cost me a lot. I can't take it anymore. Because of the pandemic there is obviously an increased need of proper internet connection to complete all the online tasks. If at this point of time they provide these kind of services how should one live peacefully. I urge that the company needs to change it's services for the better or it shouldn't exist. It's like fraud wherein I pay but I don't get the rightful services that I deserve.

              I have removed Hathaway service no [protected] due to poor services. still iam getting around 20 calls per day for recharge. Hathaway is literally harassing its customers. Please advise Hathaway not to harass customers for recharge.

                I take a new connection plan from gtpl broadband. But i dont have internet connectivity in my router. And i raised two complaint to gtpl. They said within 24 hours we will solve your problem. But they didn't solve my problem. And without my confirmation or information they closed my complaint.
                And i reopened each complaint 2-3 times.
                But still no response from gtpl.
                First complaint: 18 june 2021 complaint no.10400585
                Second complaint: 19 june 2021 complaint no. 10429381
                And still today 5th day but unfortunately no any response from gtpl.

                      Internet connection is very bad can not connect it video doesn't get started...many times I had tried to connect your kandivali office but no one gives response. After complaint also it takes long of time to get it solve. For renewal you calles again n again but what about your service. In this month 3rd June I have paid for internet there is not a single day when I have not faced connection problem... Hathway service is become now pathetic...pls look into it and try to solve this asap...after call also no one is coming to solve issue.

                          I have stated clearly to Hathway (through calls and email) that I do not wish to continue their connections. I get calls from them continuously every day throughout the day. My account number is [protected].
                          The last conversation I had was with Mahesh Cambi ([protected]) who very persistent about renewal even though I stated I do not want that repeatedly.
                          I get calls from different numbers and blocking is ineffective. I want the harassment to stop as it has started to affect my daily life.

                          I had contacted the relevant Appellate- there is a different one for every city, which can be found on https://www.hathway.com/Broadband/AppellateAuthority. He arranged for an executive to contact me and pick up the router. The process took time but it happened. After few days of the collection, confirmation that my account will be terminated was received. The call harassment had stopped entirely after 24th and before that, it had eased a bit, either because of my complaint here or because of contacting the Appellate.

                          I have not been reached out to yet. Hathway executives still call me and ask when I will renew. Last call after the usual "when will you renew", I was told to call the customer care number to request discontinuation. I did so, the automated response said I will receive a message with details of my service request. No message was received.

                              I faced internet issue from 1st June 2021, i made complain in your customer care many times but response is same they will resolved issue in 24 hours but still issue is not resolved.

                              I would like to inform you one thing is that i got the message your technical engineer is on the way, but not came, after some days i got the another message and the message is your issue is resolved and Ticket is closed.

                              I took this internet for the Work From Home, but in the i am using internet just 10 days and all other days internet issue and this same situation happened from the started internet.

                                Hi,
                                I have raised a request for shifting my connection in the month of Nov-2020. your executives visited and told there is no feasibility for fiber connectivity. I called concern executives continuously and told take action on my request. Even i told them to disconnect. I have received multiple calls from your callcenters asking for renewal and handover the device. till now there is no action from hathway. I have done renewal on nov-2020 not used for the three months provided. Iam getting calls and SMS from hathway which are useless because I got transferred from Hyderabad to Guntur.

                                Request you to deactivate my account or give me connection transferred to Guntur, Andhra pradesh.

                                  I took quarterly plan. Everyday, if we use the WiFi or not it goes at evenings and I mean every evening. And there'll be no internet in weekends. I'm using Mobile data more than WiFi. And from yesterday there is no internet. I keep on rebooting the router, but the net ll come for a while and again goes off. And there is no particular phone number to complain...

                                      I had already registered one complaint here but GTPL has marked that as resolved. they don't care about consumer satisfaction. They had just two phrases "Your complain resolved by 24 hours" and other one is "We don't have return policy".

                                      I have raised concern about fiber connection is not installed since 4 months but just waste of time.

                                      I raised about 100 tickets and called around 20 times and visited 6 times since I paid.
