Hathway — Hathway Internet Pack - Pause Request

I have Renewed Hathway Internet connection for 6months on 15th April. Moved to Visakhapatnam due to covid situation on 20th of April. Since then I’m not using the internet, and will not be staying in the internet connection address till October 2020. I spoke to the Hathway customer care team to pause the connection till the time I’m back, but the Hathway team is not giving a proper resolution nor keeping the internet pack on hold. The Hathway customer care is being rude on phone and also gave a statement “we can’t help you with this, you can file a complaint anywhere you like”. This is not acceptable, I request you to take a proper action on them. Either keep my internet pack on pause, or disconnect the internet connection and provide me Refund for it.

Updated by raulpaswn Last time when I spoke to the customer care team. After telling them to connect the call to the managers or to the higher team, they put my call on hold for 48mins and then disconnected it. I received a message stating that the query has been suitably addressed by our customer care executive. I want an action to be taken on Hathway as well as the executive who disconnected the call after putting on hold for such a long time.
