We have recently shifted to Hathijan from Ghodasar in ahmedabad city alongwith GTPL cable set top box.

We have contacted cable TV operator for more than 5 times for the connection renewal.

But he hasn't provided proper support to us neither any one has given support from customer care department.

    I have raised ticket for the no internet service and tired reaching out to the customer service but there is no response. It’s been three days i am having no internet connectivity and customer service numbers are also no reachable. No proper resolution on try the ticket was also raised i dint receive any response.

      I have received so many calls from hathway and offered the 3+1 package.
      I have taken written confirmation of offer with full details of offer.

      Executive is followed up till the payment done with different numbers
      I have paid the amount in[protected], once i have done the payment no response from the executive and call is not connecting to the same number as well we customer care number also not working.

        New broadband connection installed on 30th of june. And account activated on 1st of july but after activation getting the network speed less than 50kb/s some times in single digit. Raised service request nobody is ready to give resolution for the same even called to the executive they will discoonect my call.
        So i'm very disappointed the ways of hatwya people. If you people's are unable to solve this issue. Please cancel the account take the modem back.

          My name is alex fernandes i am hathaway customer a/c no - [protected]
          By mistakely i had done my recharge on (11/03/2020) before my expiry date which was 05/04/2020 as my prious recharge was on 4/01/2020 so my 20 days of buffer is pending.
          I hope you understand the above mentioned also i had called customer service on march month and explain the same also i have emailed my complaint to billingdesk on 24/06/2020 but nobody replied then again i called customer care they said your 20 days buffer will be ajested then i got this complain message (Your request for cc billing has been generated with a service id[protected]w270491)
          But still my request is not solved as my next due is on 5/07/2020
          So requesting to look into this matter and please extend my due date please solve my issue asps.

            Account # [protected] - i have taken a new connection. From the very first day of the internet connection activation, the internet has been available in patches. Most of the time the internet is extremely slow - less than 8mbps when 50mbps has been promised.

              Hi,

              I'm srishti gureja. I have been using hathway broadband connection since more than 2 years and it was quite satisfactory though they always take long time to fix any issue but this time they disappointed as well as annoyed me like never expected. My internet connection is not working from past 2.5 months. There is not even a slow connection. I tried contacting them atleast 20 times. Initially they answered my call after a long waiting of more than 5 minutes and then simply say ok we are forwarding your concern to our technical team and they will get back to you.in revert no response from technical team. It continues for almost 5-6 times later after getting no help i stopped chasing them. I paid my bill too and still getting no services from them. It's like i wasted my money of 2.5 months. When there's the time people need a strong internet connection as most o[censored]s are working from home they disappointed me that i will never suggest there connection to anyone

                  I am having account no [protected] for my broadband connection. The connection was taken on 28Jun19 with yearly prepaid plan. This was to expire on 28Jun20. I was getting computer recorded reminder calls for renewal. But when I was trying to recharge online it was showing 0.00 amount due, and technical issue. So many times I contacted customer care no [protected]. On this number if I select existing customer with account number and all, line disconnected immediate after giving account number and confirmation. I did not know why any other helpline is there for existing customer where customer can speak to company's representative. My account could not be recharged on or before the due date. But after expiry of the account I received a call to extend the help in recharging the account. My account was deactivated and not provided Internet on 29th 30th and 1st ie 3days. I was about to change the service provider. My concern is why the existing customer cannot have access to speak to company's representative. Please check into and fix the issue.

                        We have done payment for hathway broadband connection on 21st march 2020 which was before lockdown. Till date there is no response from hathway team. We have been calling to the numbers provided but no one responded/responding. This is not fair. They have taken the amount and left it. They didn't even refund.

                            I am not able to browse the internet. I am calling customer care for the last 3 days daily. They close the ticket without any resolution. Currently, the service request is active but no response from the last 3 days.
                            Ticket NO. 30062020M294833 closed without solving the problem.
                            Ticket No. 29062020M270638 closed without solving the problem.
                            I have raised proactively raised this from their self-care service, ticket no. 29062020M270638 but nobody is responding.
                            if I trying calling the IVR keeps looping me.
                            It's very difficult to cope up with work, especially at COVID times when WFH is the only option and internet is not working for 3 days. Hathway keeps closing tickets without even confirming if the issue is resolved or not, it's really mental torture to contact them again and again and talk to their useless IVR.

                              Dear sir/maa'm,
                              This is to inform you that last year on 26th june 2019, i paid the annual fees for the year along with the additional 90 days usage of hathway broadband connection & accordingly my next renewal should be on 25th sept'2020 but i am continuously receiving sms, calls etc. To renew before 23rd june 2020 & finally on 30th june 2020, hathway has disconnected my wifi.
                              I have been writing to hathway since 22nd june continuously but all their mails getting bounced & their customer care nos. Are not working, so finally i visited their office today at mira road but they failed to resume the services & not willing to register my complaint.
                              Refer attached email confirmation of 90 days extra data usage.
                              Request your intervention to investigate & solve this issue urgently.

                                I've purchased 1year unlimited @50mbps connection from gtpl, chandkheda.
                                From the beginning i've had this issue regarding it abruptly getting disconnected every now and then and the router has to be turned off anf switched on again otherwise internet won't work.
                                Other then that i face issues like no internet because of some issue with "hardware connection at wan port" i complained when it happened the first time and it took them more than 5 days to send a technician who checked the router and all the stuff at my end told that the issue is from their end, issue got resolved, and just a month and a half later same issues, i complained and it wasn't resolved for 7 days, right now as of this moment i'm facing no internet because of "no response from isp" and tried calling their toll free number but no answer, also till date there's the issue of low speed compared to my plan of 50 mbps, i get max 20-25 mbps that too rarely, and have to turn off and on the router 10-15 times a day every day as it disconnects on it's own.

                                  Company promised broadband speed as 50 Mbps but it was coming around below 3-4 Mbps at peek time . I have complained somany times but no response from company they are simply closing my complaint without proper solution. And they are not giving back my money .

                                    request for shifting hathway internet connection

                                    I have shifted to new rented house on 10th june 2020 and raised a request for shifting hathway connection to my new address on 8th june 2020, after multiple follow up and calls to customer care till date 30 june 2020 shifting was not yet done. Calling cc every day the executives are disconnecting my call now.

                                    I have already recharged my connection for 6 month and its valid till september and from last 23 days i am not able...

                                    I am currently facing issues of no internet connection since sunday 28th june 2020. I had raised complaint for which request id 29062020w272608 was generated and the same was close without my issue being resolved. I called the customer care today and i was told that there is some external cable connection issue on which hathway team is working and again my complaint was registered with service id[protected]w293862.

                                    I want hathway to take some immediate action since i am facing loss of work. I also want the validity to be extended to compensate by the number of days for which internet connection is lost.
