Hathway — I'm complaining about Rajesh Cable n RajeshNet Pvt Ltd | |||
To be honest, till date, I haven't seen a third grade company like Rajesh Cable...Everytime I make my cable renewal payment to them well in advance and even after doing that I have to sit without cable service once it's 12 o'clock. I had paid Ms Mehrunissa (one of the useless and superbly arrogant employees of Rajesh Cable) an amount Rs355 on 23/07/20, though my renewal date was 24/07/20. But see, I'm without any service atm, may be because their useless employees must have forgotten to raise a renewal request fr me. And the best part is, this isn't for the first time. Earlier, I used to make Google pay renewal payments to Mr Sandeep Salve(Our collection guy) during the lockdown days. On 24/05/20, I made my payment to him, but he too forgot to raise a request fr my renewal. When I called him to enquire, he too was damn arrogant and literally used the words 'Jo ho sakta hai karlo' when I threatened him to lodge a complaint against him. I asked him to refund my money, he initially denied but then refunded me when I threatened to lodge a police complaint against him. This is the level of the service. And not just this. I had their internet services as well. I had asked Mr Bhupendar( no clue of his full name) to start my wifi services. Because he wanted Rs300, he quickly came in and did the set up for me. But when I needed it the most due to Work from Home, my internet services stopped working, despite my plan before my active. For almost 20 days I was without internet service during lockdown due to these guys. When I had to renew it, I asked them to visit and see if it was some wiring issue, as these guys said it was all okay from their side. But no one visited despite me pleading them to check what's the issue. All the time they were like, you will have to first renew and only then can we come. Were you guys sort of blackmailing your long time loyal customer??? Why on earth will I renew my package if I don't get Service??? Infact you'll should have given me free service for a couple of days, as due to your fault my internet wasn't working. I preferred to switch my service provider instead and I think I made a correct decision, as till date haven't had any wifi issues. In short, if you ask me these guys have pathetic service with some highly pathetic and arrogant staff. I don't understand what attitude the staff has got. They are supremely arrogant and useless and half the time they don't find it important replying you. So this is the fact of 'The Great Rajesh Cable Service'. I'd require a compensation for the hassles I had to face mentally because of these guys. I have all the proofs and receipts to make my case stronger. Was this information helpful? | |||
