[Resolved] Hathway — Mail from hathway saying that my account was terminate and modem needs to be returned else legal action will be take place | |
Hi Team I was gone to home town and I am in lockdown not suppose to travel back for that hathway customer care suggest to pay Rs.200 (Safe custody charge) and I have paid on 18th August 2021, But on 20th August 2021, a mail from hathway team saying that I need to return my modem immediately else legal action will be taken and they sue me on court on section 420 and will imprison, I was so worried how you can sue a case on a active customer, I have conveyed already to customer care to give some time for recharge because i was in lockdown and i paid all dues and safe custody charges, But now you are saying like this. This is how you treat your customers on this quarantine situations . I thought hathway was valuable product. I lodged complaint in self care portal and called customer care and replay back to the threat email but no response. Please make necessary action and mark my account as active.
