I returned the router a year back and you are yet to refund my installation amount but you keep on calling for unwanted renewable process.

Please take the necessary action or else the next complaint will be to consumer forum. Return the installment fee and i wont opt to choose your network again

      Dear all,
      I request to avoid getting connected with GTPL I have done continuous follow up with phone banking and email for resolution but since 8 days, no one visiting from gtpl. They even block your number and deny replying in WhatsApp. I don't know how they work, but seems they do not have sufficient manpower or they have ego of not doing resolution. They are flying in air hoping they are number 1. You can not survive in this world without continuous performance, they don't know this and kind of illeterate. Submitted many complaints but no solution. I just praying you all to look other option like airtel, jio etc.

        My internet connection is not working from 16-May-2021, I have registered a complaint of this on the same day, After 2 day on 18-may-2021 I got an SMS that an engineer is on the way to visit me, and with in 2 minute I got another SMS that my problem was resolved and provided an OTP.

        But my internet was still not working and I called the helpline they just repeat the same script that they apologies for the inconvenience and and reminded the service team your problem will solve as soon as possible.
        Every time I call them they repeat the same Script.

        I even asked them for refund on their email:[protected]@gtpl.net but they replied that I am a prepaid customer so they cannot refund me, But on their "Telecom Consumer Charter" Provided on their website it is clearly mentioned about rebate of minimum monthly charge or equivalent usage allowance (On page 10 and 11). So how can they not give me my refund?

        Till now on[protected] my problem is not solved.

        I want to take legal Actions on them please help me.

            I am not a Hathaway broadband user but still I got daily irritating calls from Hathaway marketing for renewal of connection so please remove my mobile number from your data

                Technical executive named Tapas contact: +[protected] is trying to mislead. Please look after it. When I tried to complain about my issue, as I am using your service since 2016.
                This man was threating me, that he will come and teach me a lesson. I am really worried. He also said that will pull me out of my house and beat me. This is unacceptable. Dated: 22nd may 2021

                  The internet service is not working for last 3 days. Have tried communicating to the customer care on the number given on the site but is unable to contact them. Every time the reply is switch off. Have also tried contacting the network operator who is providing the service in my area but he is also unreachable. The complaint has been registered by the id bb[protected]. And have also mailed them.

                  The day since i have taken the broadband connection there has been always a speed issue and many a times there is no internet access. For the same has filed a number of complaints.

                  many a times the complaints are closed without consenting me of the issue is solved or not.

                  It has been around 110 days since i have taken the connection of which around 15 to 20 days the internet service was not available. So are we paying to not use internet or for use of internet.

                  The Problem was resolved as on 26.05.2021 but the net again stopped working on 28.05.2021. The Complaint is again registered with gtpl for the same today morning

                    Hello. I am usually the last person to complain about anything but the conduct of Hathway Broadband over the last 6 months has been a major cause of distress for my family and myself.

                    My issues:

                    1) Absolutely poor internet connectivity, the issues of which were not solved despite complaints registered.

                    2) I am much more distressed by the endless phone calls 6-7 times a day to remind me about my renewal date which is usually after a few days. Sending a message or calling the customer once to remind them is a wonderful service. Calling someone multiple times a day is highly unprofessional and uncalled for. Having someone's personal contact number does not give any service provider the right to call them endlessly.
                    Kindly do the job by reminding the customer once. If someone does not do the necessary recharge despite that, please go ahead and disconnect the service. That would be a good reminder to whoever needs it. Calling endlessly till the person loses their mind is not the way. I am a doctor and my phone ringing multiple times a day for Hathway broadband reminder is not a welcome service. One reminder is great. What you provide is all or none. Hundreds of phone calls or none at all.

                    3) After struggling for months, I have gone ahead and changed my service provider and I still cannot escape these Hathway recharge reminder phone calls despite trying the customer support to DISCONNECT MY BROADBAND SERVICE.
                    I DO NOT WANT INTERNET SPEED. I WANT FREEDOM from Hathway Broadband.
                    Kindly let me know the way to make this more clear. The offices are not functioning in the middle of this pandemic and raising service requests has clearly not been the best way out in my experience. '

                      No internet for last 5 days and no resolution till date. A general ticket number is popping up on app for last 5 days and no solution. Both the service numbers toll free and another starting with 97 are kept intentionally engaged so as not to book complaints.

                      Pathetic service nobody hears when there is issue. Neither number of area office is given to contact too and no body gives numbers also to contact and says, ' I have no authority to give number' such a big company might had not given company contact numbers to their area or grid heads...! or whether their offices are telephone less...! but noone give number and kept customers are verge of stress and helplessness.

                      Its been 5 days net is not working and its not personal issue, someone from gtpl told that, "a line issue is there and it might resolve in two days on 20.05.21" but even after that no solution, no contact, no place to complaint to, on email the reply childish. Reply with what we already know.

                        My wifi is down from last 4 days, I have tried calling the customer care, and talked to one of the agents but no one's coming to fix it . All my important work is pending, there's no resolve to this, I'm trying to contact them but there toll free number if switched off, and their paid number's line is always busy . I can't even contact them . I don't know what to do here, please help . They are not even trying to fix it .

                          I was gone to home town and I am in lockdown not suppose to travel back for that hathway customer care suggest to pay Rs.200 (Safe custody charge) and I have paid on 18th August 2021, But on 20th August 2021, a mail from hathway team saying that I need to return my modem immediately else legal action will be taken and they sue me on court on section 420 and will imprison, I was so worried how you can sue a case on...

                          My internet is not working for more than 65 hours, and I raised a complaint before 60 hours ( Ticket No. is 9652481). There is a kind o[censored]nsatisfactory issue with GTPL. GTPL closed the Ticket without sending an engineer and without solving a problem. And the customer care center did not answer clearly. And every weak I face a problem of no internet at least 12 to 15 hour. Right now my internet is not working for more than 60 hours.

                          Again my internet doesn't work, and Gtpl never sends an engineer to find the problem. My internet doesn't work for 2 to 3 hours every day. There are no benefits of using GTPL.

                            I had a Hathway internet connection which I stopped using since Oct 2020. But since I had paid Hathway internet connection charges till Apr 2021, the prepaid account was active. Once the account expired, they started chasing me for renewal. I have clearly conveyed the message that I'm not interested in renewal and I want to disconnect the service completely. This was conveyed to them via call and e-mail. Still I get avg. 3-5 calls per day from them for renewal. I even complained to them about high frequency of calls, to which they promised to add my number to DND so that I don't get further calls. But everything has gone in vain. I continue to get the calls even today even after repeated complaints.
                            I demand a penalty for harassing me continuously.

                                    I have applied for hathway broadband connection via Mr. Brijbhushan Singh (email: brijbhushan.[protected]@hcspl.net / mobile: [protected]). I have shared relevant documents after which I received a link and was asked to pay the BB plan charges. I immediately paid the amount as well (on: 8th May 2021). However, 2 days after paying the amount, Mr. Brijbhushan Singh informed me that installation cannot be done at my premise as the area is not feasible.
                                    First thing, the feasibility should have been checked before asking the customer to pay the money.Second thing, there is no update on refund of the amount I already paid for the connection. Ispite of multiple follow ups, I still don't have any information about the refund.
                                    I have mailed multiple times to the [protected]@hathway.net, [protected]@hathway.net including the nodal officer. However there is still no satisfying response yet. Its been 12 day now i am still struggling to ret the refund. Please help

                                      I book 1 year broadband plan through your representative Mr. Vimal Chauhan as under located address. I done payment Rs. 6000/- through online from account of Dhaval M Bhavsar. But reason of your due to provide late connection I cancelled this connection. This payment I not received refund yet today. Pls. Give any solutions of this matter. Thank you.
