Hathway — online recharge and expiry in two days

Hi,
i have been recharged at 12 th of feb and i got recharge expiry at 13th feb and i'm facing this kind of issue in jan itself.

22nd of Dec i done recharge and cable fault issue i raised two many complaints and finally issue got fixed at 2nd jan and the money i didn't got refunded and for 12th feb recharge your customer care executive said that 337 for 470 pack for me instant of refund and i accepted and paid.

within a day i got expiry plan.
and i'm trying to contact with your hathway helpline numbers. nothing is working now.

please take immediate action.

Updated by surya Balasingam from hathway they compluling me to recharge further but for past recharge they haven't gave any resolve if it's not possible i need a refund. please take neccessary action on this.
