Company Executives are threatening users pressuring to activate the connection

I have moved out of bangalore in Covid days after a year now they (Hathway person) with mobile number +[protected] is pressuring me to make payments without any usage of broadband internet just for the device. Internet shutdown

Hathway WIFI customer care calling

Regarding Deposit Refund

I have disconnected my connection due to relocation and the hathway people called me to return the modem stating that i will get my deposit back as it was disconnected. But I have not received my refund yet. Now they saying there is conditions etc, . Requesting to terminate my broadband connection

I stopped using Hathway broadband services around since April/May 2021. I have been asking the Hathway team to Terminate my account every time I get a call from them since then. But they are not terminating my account and keep on calling me and asking me to renew the account by paying some charges.

Broadband not working internet

Again no internet in Kolkata, it is happening very frequently and the customer service is not reachable. They are only buying time without solving the issue, no turn around time. It is getting really difficult to work, if this carries on....

Hathway Service

I renewed my hathway account on 7th of May 2022 till 12th of May 19:00PM didn't get Internet Service and after payment noone responding.Executives are saying it is wrong number and Customer service also not connecting to executive for Hathway account-[protected].

Getting extremely low internet speed (down from 25Mbps to 1Mbps)

ISSUE: My Hathway internet broadband plan is supposed to give me a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 5 Mbps. Since the last few days, my speed has been drastically reduced to 1 Mbps!

Hathway broadband keep saying they haven't received the payment

This is regarding the renewal amount due on 8th April of rs 3230. I paid the amount via TechProcess which was an option in the hathway page. I made the payment on the 8th of April, received a text message from hathway saying "Rs 3230 has been initiated towards your Hathway Broadband account No. with Txn ID." The Amount debited from my account on 8th April itself.

Some Websites are blocked

Cancel my broadband connection immediately

Hi
I was told by the hathway sales person i will be given play box during hathway installation. But later customer care said that i am not eligible for a playbox and asked me to pay extra in the next month to get one. I am not planning to pay more and personally I didn't like their service. Stop SPAM calls

I have disconnected from Hathway service and closed my account in 2019 but to this day i keep getting calls and messages from them. Even after calling and informing their customer care support multiple times the calls are not stopping.

I am still getting msg and calls from Hathway regularly even I am not using this service for the last 8-9 months. I have confirmed multiple times to deactivate my account from Hathway still getting msg and calls.

Complaint against the service of Hathway cable connection

At my residence I have Hathway cable connection since last 10 years.set top box provided by the Hathway became defective and the local operator forces us to accept Jio set top box at the cost of Rs 800. Poor Network with bad customer service

I've been calling them since 7 days for bad network issue but i've never not a single response from them nor they send any technician to resolve the issue. Since its a work from home i've to bear the consequences of it, who is gonna pay for that?

Took the Modem, but did not get the refund

I was using Hathway for more than 2 days. Since I am relocating the house, I want to surrender the Hathway account. I enquired about this to Hathway member. One person from Hathway account came to the house and took the adapter and Modem and said, I would get the refund in 2 to 3 days. It is already been more than a week. Harassment by calling 24/7
