very bad network, worst customer care...
I had paid Rs. 3100 in cash, for 3months subsription, and got the connection installed (customer A/c 1416529), but few days later they deactivated my account and after continuous calling to customer care for the reasons no one is able to explain why my account is deactivated. two months later customer care people are explaining that it is due to cheque bounce. When i had paid in cash, how cheque bounces? whose cheque is updated to my account, and to whose account the cash paid by me is accounted?

They accepted trasnfer without checking feasibility of their service at new address, later said we can't provide service at that location. I made a online payment on 29th May 2016 but it was not successful and i got a call from hathway customer care that my payment was not received and i need to make another payment. I made a payment on 30th May 2016 which was successful. When I checked online it was showing double payment. both the payment where accepted.
I raised a complain for refund and they said the refund is initiated on 16th July 2016. Its almost a month but I didn't receive the amount.

The 'new' systems DONT SHOW THE MONEY I PAID.
I HAVE SENT BANK (citibank confirmation) and also HATHWAY TRANSACTION ID - (R[protected] via complaint numbers 02082016W02658(2Aug), 02082016W42176(4Aug) and screenshot PROOFS via email (email ticket no. 27078, email ticket no. 26977 and email ticket no. 26664) but they CLOSE MY TICKETS WITHOUT RESOLVING.
I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL ASKING FOR A REFUND AND DEACTIVATION as I cannot bear speaking to those incompetent CUST-Service REPS, who don't know even how to talk - forget resolving issues!
PAST 5 DAYS I dont have internet (this time alone), but they charge me PREPAID for 30DAYS - This is PLAIN CHEATING!!
NOW Im checking how many days they will take to deactivate and REFUND my money.
P.S: I have spoken to Anna, Nethra on custcare who have done nothing until yet - and above all there was a service rep, Guruprasad (on 3rd Aug 2016) who spoke so bad that, that is when I felt I am dealing with incompetent people.

i want to cancel my subscription on hathway, I've been looking through the site but theres no place i've seen where i can cancel my subscription. Ive raised ticket but they just get closed with no form of communication that its been resolved or my subscription cancelled.
needless to say I'm cancelling subscription and moving to ACT because the connection quality is hopeless and service is almost non- existant.

My Hathway account number is [protected]. I had raised a request for closure of my account (Ticket # 29092017W007551) on 29/9/2017. They closed the request without updating me.
Then I called the Customer Care and had a new request[protected]W014714) raised on 30/9/2017. And I went to the Hathway Office in Jeevan Bhima Nagar and handed over the modem and router (GRN # 30543).
Since then I have been calling the Customer Care to know about the status of my request, every time I call them they keep saying that my number is not reachable or I did not pickup the call and that they would raise the ticket priority, blah blah but so far no one from hathway has called me.
My connection remains active 9 days after I have returned my modem and router.
On top of it, the customer care guys have raised new request every time I called them.
Hathway customer service is pretty bad. When they need money, they are prompt in collecting but while returning they don't even respond.

Subscribed for the three month connection .. paid the money after confirming with the executive about the feasibility of connection in the new area that I was shifting to .. raised request for transfer on the 14th of Dec.. never got a response .. instead was told tat the new area they do not have access .. all I could do is terminate .. what about my refund .. are u an organisation where ppl have to donate their money .. very irresponsible executive .. no proper tracking system .. pathetic response towards customer complaints

If you ### can't fix it then give me my money back. This is not the first time this is happening and there not a thing that has changed and from the beginning of this year it's been a hassle around this. I have got no time to call and complaint and you guys rutheless disconnect the calls on out face and you call that customer service. I don't need your bloody sorry on the phone you need to know what to do unlike just being sorry about it.

Once the amount has been received by the executive he updated me that their technical team will visit me by EOD for connection, waiting for the day to end with many follow-ups it got 23feb later. Also executive has added our number to reject list.
On checking with customer care many a time as well later I got updated that Hathway connection isn't feasible in my area thus they have to cancel the plan and money will be refunded within 24/48 hours.
On waiting over 48 hours I again called them up, they said that next morning I will get my refund. It's now more than 20 days but instead of refunding over they just provide fake timings.
On checking 9th March morning, now they say it will take 30 working days.

They have activated pre-paid plan without my knowledge. I was out of station and I did not wanted internet during that time. My outstanding balance is still showing 903 Rs. I called customer care many times to clear the amount. They are very cunning and close the ticket after 2-3 hours without any resolution.
Also, they have cheated me while taking the connection. They said 1 month will be free if I go for 3 months pack. So I paid 3 months in advance. It was fake offer and I did not get 1 month free.
