Hathway — Refund after cancellation of Hathway broadband

Hi All, I have subscribed for hathway broadband connection on 29th April 2015 by paying Rs- 3030 for 3 month. Everyday I was getting update from customer care executive and the person who has taken money that connection will be established by EOD. I think they do not know the meaning of EOD. Finally on 2nd May they gave me Cable after after following up with them but till 3rd EOD They did not install modem. So, I have decided to cancel subscription and made Cancellation request through customer care executive. Today morning when I called up customer care executive then I got an information like by EOD I will get an update from them about cancellation request but I did not get any update. While cancelling I got an update from customer care executive that in their system it is not showing my amount which I paid. I thought of checking this thing with the person who has taken money but he has switched off his mobile. I have the receipt of payment which I maid. So, I really need your help in order to get my subscription amount back from them. Kindly call me back if you need any information. Even i was facing the same issue i have requested for the new broadband connection but it was late and there is no update from the person who took money from me and he is not lifting my phone as a his name is dhanraj and i paid money to him and i offered for cancellation request but it was taking long time to process so complete my cancellation request as soon as possible and refund my money back. I was wrongly advised by hathway person for plan change for which i paid the amount and then later i came to know that my previous plan was much much better so i tried to contact that person, but he is not picking up phone now. Tried to contact customer care throughmail but they also not replied yet, my complaint thru selfcare has been closed without contacting me. There customer care numbers are not valid. What should i do now??? Pathetic service. My A/c. No. is [protected].
Hathway is froud they are taking only money & not provide service after 48 hr of request they are not providing connection so I request to refund my money back . I don't want Hathway

iam from chennai i was paid new connection 09/08/2022 Rs1284 twice time hathway execute... then after paid excute told couldn't fix our location... executive told your money refund 15 days... couldn't receive any refund related message for 15 days then now 20 days completed. now executive didn't attend my calls and some time atten talk me rude and now my number was blocked our mobile and ... the world worst behavior HATHWAY, , , , please everyone don't buy hathway connection...

Hathway is worst support. though we informed their is no connection available in my area they forced me to pay amount and later they will provide connection and took 399rs through phone pay and later their service person rejected to provide connection due to non availablity of network in my area.

i asked for refund of amount but till now no reply. now i have asked my collegues to not to go with hatway since its worst support.
