Hathway — Relocation of broadband

I have shifted my house to new location on Aug 20, before shifting i have raised request for shift my broadband connection to new location and i have paid for the request 300 rupees. But till now (08/09/2023) no one contacted me from their company. Even i have done many follow-ups but they keep on saying technician will contact me, but no one contacted me and they doesn't concern about the urgency of my issue. I have made payment for three months so my broadband connection will expire on October 8. The team members will keep on call me if i miss the payment on due date but now i need an help with connection change they are not responding to it.I hope either to resolve my issue or refund my two-month payment and disconnect the connection permanently.
