Hathway — request for disconnection of service

My name is vijay, hathway broadband account number is [protected]. I tried reaching hathway customer care number so many times but always getting busy tone. Tried reaching hyderabad office customer care number, not at all connecting. I have faced lot of issues with the hathway internet, raised so many complaints, they didn't provide any resolution and closed all the tickets which i have raised. I have not been using hathway internet since more than 2 months. Kindly disconnect the service and pay the amount has provided very poor internet service. Sent an email to [protected]@hathway.net for account disconnection.
I raised complaint earlier but didn't get any response from hathway and i requested for disconnection of the service but they are sending messages to my number for renewal of the service. Hathway broadband service is having worst customer support and service.
I sent an email, raised consumer complaints and even spoke with the hathway support team for disconnection of the service, no proper response from hathway team.
