From 10th of June 2020, I am getting unwanted automated telecalls for the reconnection to Hathway services.

Kindly note that I have moved out of the city and I am not interested to get hathway services reconnection.

    I have requestedto discontinue the hathway broadband subscription by 31-may-2020 and no longer need your worst support. I am very very disappointed with your worst support and i have never seen a such worst, irresponsible, cheating support in the universe till date. I have raised almost 20 tickets in a span on 45 days but non of them were resolved with the proper resolution and none of your lazy support team has contacted me. My plan was docsis_hero_permium_50mb_12m_yearly with a speed of 50 mbps/5 mbps and i have paid ₹ 5649.84 a early package, i was getting good download speed but was only getting 500-600 kbps o[censored]pload speed which is not acceptable and was irritating while browsing, due to your worst support and technical team i have now switched to actcrop which is far better than you. Hence i would like to discontinue the service immediately and pay me back the un-utilized amount. You people are experts in giving false promises to customers. This problem is being faced by many hathway broadband users in my locality, expecting the reply soon.

    Open the account number and see the tickets raised over past 3 months.

    I have dropped 3 mails to nodal offer but its of no use and local guys internet connection is far better than hathway.

      Since 2nd june my internet is not working and no response from you cc. Every time they need time to check and then hey told me that the technical team is working on it bit at the end i am not getting a solution. I complaint 4-5 times and there is no solution.in complaint registration message they told us that within 1-3 days issue will be resolved but in my case since 4 days issue is still there. And sometimes one of their cc disconnect our call in between.

            We using hathway broadband from last 2 years. Due to lockdown we are out of station now. My account expired on 6th june 2020. They starting call me from june 1st on-wards to renew my account. Daily i am getting nearly 10 calls from the customer care. I have already informed customer care that "we are out of station, we will renew the account once we reach to our work location". I tried to block some numbers, still i am getting calls from some other numbers.

            I was given a complaint on June 11th still, there is no change in no of calls. Is this the way to behave with customers.? I don't how you have become one of the major Internet service providers in India with such a worst customer care service, which doesn't take consider the customer opinions?

              I am from hyderabad. I have taken hathway broadband connection on 17th april 2020. As hathway is provding only yearly package in lockdown situation, i had to forcely take one year package.
              This is need as i am working from home.

              They provided connection within a day and activated it. However from day 1 i am facing problem where internet gets disconnected (Some time 20 times day) very frequently which is not usable to do work from home.

              I have called customer care nearly 10 times and raised more tickets with them.
              I have sincerely requested them to arrange me a call back before closing my tickets to see if the problem is resolved.
              They simply closes their tickets and no one called.
              My yearly package work nearly 7k. I feel like i have a become victim of hathaway fraud.

                Yesterday I called one of your associate Rohit ([protected])

                He immediately called me and my brother multiple times saying that he will get us a connection on the same day or by tomorrow anyhow. I told him clearly that I am taking hathway over airtel only because I want it urgently.

                I paid the amount for next 6 months (Rs 4, 956/-) and sent the documents on his whatsapp.

                I paid the amount around 4:30 p.m and he said ok sir I am just now initiating it and by evening our people will come at your place and activate your connection.

                From that time to now Rohit has stopped responding and when I tried calling other people from hathway ( [protected] and [protected]) there words were "JISKO CALL KARNA H KARLE JAB CONNECTION LAGNA HOGA TAB LAGEGA"

                OK.

                So this is how people talk to their customers.

                I reached somehow to Rohit and I asked him not to initiate anything as I have realized my mistake of going with a rubbish company like HATHWAY. He said you have rights do accordingly but let me tell you that the amount you paid will not be credited back to you, it will take atleast 45 days. So it is much better sir that you wait for some more time. Wow. Wonderful human with a brain.

                Worst company ever.
                Cheaters.

                I wonder if these stupid higher management ### do anything at all in this company.

                I am trying to reach everyone. No one is responding. The guy who I initially talked with is busy fooling other people as he online on whatsapp all the time but when I call him he doesn't respond. My money is with them, a total of 4, 956/- and I do not have a reply from anyone. My money is gone...I do not have a connection either. So basically I am trapped.

                I tried submitting a complaint on the nodal officer page given on their website but that too is broken. They give you endless hope but won't do a thing about anything. All this company know is how to loot a customer

                Chor hai sab chor...the CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't give a ### about anything. I can access internet hardly for 2 hours. It gets disconnected every now and then. No one bothers to call back. Your Request for SR Technical has been generated with a Service ID[protected]M952207...they sent this but no one called back no one I repeat no one.

Kalpesh agarval (Mobile [protected]), a gtpl representative for new ftth connection of 100 mbps speed, in less than a week at my address ramesh vaidya 18, pratham citadel, behind essar petrol pump, vasna bhayli road, vadodara, upon deposition of rs 9190 to gtpl axis bank, shahi baug branch, ahmedabad.                       I have been using hathway internet for a while now. My current plan expires only on 27th jul 20. Since i was shifting my house - i raised a request[protected]m839017) 2 days prior shifting to check on the feasibility of connection at my new place on 20th may. I dint get any response, i shifted my home as per plan on 22nd may. I called them several times, at last 6-7 engineers have contacted and told me that its not serviceable in my area. I then wrote an email on 25th may to appellate authority asking for refund if service is not provided. They later confirmed that they cannot refund and today i got a call from a lady stating they cannot refund but need the modem, i asked them to provide the balance amnt and can take the modem (Its with me), she said they ll send a legal notice

                        We got the GTPL broadband service 25 days back. Our username is ss_6531. User ID is BB[protected].

                        From the first week itself, we are facing issues with the internet connectivity. Our internet gets disconnected at least 10-15 times a day. Once it gets disconnected, it comes back automatically but it takes an hour, a couple hours, or sometimes even a whole day to be able to connect again.

                        We have raised at least 15 complaints - from GTPL app and from customer helpline. But they close the complaints without resolving the issue. We have to raise a new complaint every time we call them and the story repeats itself. We dropped a few e-mails to the GTPL support but they have never replied to any of those. We talked to a couple of supervisors but they just reply that they will look into it. I tried to ask them for refund if they are not able to resolve the issue but they denied.

                        My husband and I are working in an IT firm and we have been working from home. Our work requires a high quality internet service which cannot be fulfilled with mobile internet. This was the sole purpose of getting GTPL connection. But due to the constant interruptions in the internet connectivity, our work has affected a lot and we have been given notice from our seniors too. Everyday trying to get this resolved and dealing with the pathetic customer service has caused us mental harassment.

                        Going to the consumer forum is our last resort now. We are now in process of filing a legal notice.

                          Biggest scammer in isp list. Fake promises, fake services.

                          They doesn't even care on resolving the issues, instead busy in reacting quick with the new connections and making money in this lockdown.

                          Worst customer support ever seen on this planet. 5th grade kids can assist better comparatively.

                          They just close the tickets without resolving the issue and when called once in a bluemoon they respond and will hung up if any question is asked which they aren't aware of or can't resolve.

                          Only an organisation which is making huge money with the fake promises in this lockdown due to novel corona virus.

                          I've been facing a problem with their network since a month, i've raised hundreds of tickets, e-mails and calls. They are least bothered to resolve the issue or callback. I even asked to close the account and refund as i paid for 6 months but they simply close the ticket stating they cannot refund as per their policy. My job is at risk and all this is due to this fake isp.

                          From last 30 days my internet is getting disconnected at sharp 07:00 pm and will be activated after 07:00 am. Nothing works. No customer support available at that timings to complaint. No possibility nothing.

                          Checked their official social media accounts, instagram or facebook or twitter, most of them are facing the same problem and lost their jobs trusting this fake organisation.

                          This should be taken into serious consideration and take appropriate action against them.

They said it will be transferred in 7 to 8. Days but after every 10 days and repeatedly calling customer care and office, i only get reply that it will be done today but never transferred. Its already 16 days and today i called my area manager mukesh bhai (Vastral branch) and i'm visiting vastral branch and bapunagar branch but not satisfaction answer and they said your application is shifting to the technical team,.. But not broadband not shifting my new address...

                                Fed up beyond limits, because of the no. Of calls i receive from hathway customer care. I used to hold a hathway account about 6 months back. But i shifted my connection to a different service provider and handoverd the device. So now i have nothing to do with hathway. But the calls are unstoppable! I have informed the customer care and have been patiently telling all executives to delete my no. From their calling list, but they continuously call and which is very frustrating

                                    My issue with hathway started on 3rd june 2020 around 8.10pm in night. My modem was not showing online & hence could not perform work from home. That when i called up hathway for the first time & they logged a ticket for me. After a wait time for 15 min i got through the hathway representative, they provided me with the solution to wait till the next day afternoon 12.00pm since someone from the technical team will resolve my issue. However no one ever contacted me on 4th june & my ticket was surprisingly closed without any resolution. I have been constantly calling hathway twice every day since 4th june 2020 and the only response i get from them is my router shows offline & someone from the technical team will assist me on this issue. There were 3 tickets logged every time i called hathway customer care & was closed without providing resolution. No one from the technical team or hathway team contacted me since 3rd june. My work has been impacted due to this due to no internet connection. I have already paid for an entire year and renewed the plan, however no one is able to fix my issue permanently. At times, the representative cuts the phone if they have to listen to the customer's grievances for a long time & the next thing i know they raise aa ticket & just close it without any resolution.

                                    Additionally my plan is 50mbps download & 10mbps upload speed however in the past i have always faced network connectivity issue while i connect via zoom on my work calls.

                                    I have been affected in many ways physically, mentally & emotionally. I have not been able to work from home since 3rd june 2020 effectively. This has been the worst service i have seen from hathway so far where none of the representatives were able to assist me & few of them even cut my phone while i was talking about my issues. This has certainly increased my anxiety in past few days causing irritation & being less productive too. This is certainly upsetting to see such a prestigious company treating their customers in this way.

                                    I would like a permanent solution to this issue where my modem doesn't show offline time and again since this is causing me to call hathway customer helpline almost daily & its a sheer waste of time. If anyone can visit my place or even guide me via a phone call to achieve a resolution that would be great.

                                    Also the connection should work based on my speed, i understand number of people does influence the speed but this should not be a hindrance for anyone to work from home.
