Hathway — Return of Hathway router

I had moved out of chennai last year. I stopped renewal and made request to collect the router. But, no one picked up the router and I am getting calls daily to renew my account. All the callers talk in tamil and they dont understand english. I am getting frustrated with their behaviour. All they want is to renew my account, without listening that I had moved out of chennai. I left the router at my friends place in chennai. I request you hathaway team to collect it from him.
