PAINFUL to get unsolicited phone calls & SMS

I have taken Hathway Broadband connection before 3 days and its not working I tried more than 100 times to coordinate with her executive manger n all but they didn't picked my cal in the time if payment they done lot of fake promises n now they are not responding and my connection Is off now I am so feeling so helpless I am tired to hear her fake commitments every time.

Company have taken Rs. 10500/- But Internet Connection not Provided and refund also not done.

Internet is not working properly. When complained, no actions. The support is just unreachable. None of the phones work. Only tickets can be created on app. No followups. I want to close the account. I cannot do that as well. Pathetic service.

Before leaving Hyderbad in the month of October, 2020 I applied in Hathway protal to terminate my connection and to take back the modem device. I have mailed them several times to take back the device as I need to leave Hyderabad due to pandemic situation that time. I had also paid in between around Rs 400 as I got a call from the helpdesk that I need to buy the modem after 3-4 months leving Hyderabad.
Now Hathway harrasing me to return back the modem or I need to pay penalty for the modem. I told I am outside Hyderabad and i want to courier the device, but Hathway not providing proper address to whom I should send the device. I have given repetitive mail to Hathway customer care but didn't receive a proper reply from them.
Now despite multiple times telling them currently I am not in Hyderabad form customer care they are telling me to take new connection with new modem device or else my connection will not get terminated.

I have exited hathway broadband connection in Bangalore and returned device but still I am getting calls and msg daily basis, afternoon to be precise for disturbing and harassing even though I have informed them that I am no more a hathway customer, please remove my number and email from hathway database and stop the torture

I made an online payment on 22 Jan 2022 to Hathway Broadband services via link provided by their agent. Their local guy came and said there is no line/connection in my location. I asked him to refund money on 23 Jan 2022. There was no request raised from their end so I requested for refund on my own on 27th Jan 2022. No support. Still money not refunded. Just getting useless email templates but no resolution.

Please help me as they are not helping. PFA images of emails sent by them and payment receipt.

I am using hathway from past 1.5 years. But from past 2 days, I am not able to browse through the internet. The cable seems to be broken and no one is fixing it. I also paid for the upcoming subscription. They should take customer complaint on priority as now the offices, school everything runs on internet. No one picks up the call, customer care executive is never reachable. i want my issue to be fixed asap.

This pavan kumar jonnabhatla, i paid 1859 Rupees for 3 months internet connection but local vanasthalipuram team not provided connection. As per their information in my area no Heathway internet connection and they told they return money back . Paid on 31st January till now i couldn't received money from Heathway, Receipt No: R[protected].Pleae return my money and do the needful

Inspite of telling many times to disconnect my connection .I keep getting calls to pay bill which is seriously irritating . I raised compaint to disconnect the connecton which was closed automaticaly without even solving it.
And they start to call 1 week before the due date to pay bill ( atleast thrice a day). what is this ? Is it torturing and getting money . The worst experience with this broadband company.

Issue : I paid the bill ( Amt: 2472) on 29th Jan'22 as my expiry date is 2nd Feb'22. Don't know why my internet has been deactivated . I tried calling customer care & the lady was too rude to me saying that she can't do anything about it. I have dropped the mail long back saying that my payment is not updated in the website, Buy didn't receive any reply. Because of them I lost 1 working day pay. The worst part is I'm getting calls from the sales team to pay the bill to activate my account.

Resolution : Need the loss of pay

We had closed Chenna Hathway Broadband Ac No. [protected] from 2011 properly, also we had sent thorugh E-Mail & Phone on several times closing details
but we are receveng call & sms from hathway sales regularly we're providing offer please do recharge
can i take necessary action behalf of you ?...What else expecting from customer after the closure only disturbe ?

I am from Chennai and I have moved to my native due to this covid situation. Till the I am not in a need to recharge the same. Ihvae explained them very clearly about the same. But still getting multiple calls from several unknown numbers everyday... kindly help to solve this...

My hathway account number is [protected], I raised a request to close this account because that I have moved to someother location.

Daily, I will be getting 4 to 5 calls from hathway executives to recharge/ renew the connection. I asked everybody to close the connection saying that I have opened a new connection with the hathway itself in my new location. But none of them responded correctly.

Please close this account, collect your router and avoid unnecessary calls.

I stopped Hathway connection as I shifted to another town. The modem has been returned and the account has been deactivated but I'm getting continuous calls from Hathway customer care to renew my account. Each time I requested them to remove my number&account from the database. But still, I am getting calls every day. This is not my only job to do every day and I cannot block all the calls, as I am receiving calls from new numbers each time. I request @Hathway to remove my number and I don't want to receive any more calls. Please help.

I did not receive the refund amount yet as the serrvice was not feasible in y area, WHen i called the sales executive back, they are not processing for the refund .No installation was also done. Also I have raised a cancel request through selfcare but did not receive my amount 1944.

thIis is a fraud company . When i called the agents back, they have switched off the mobile and not responding.

Please refund the amount . this is not acceptable i cancelled day after the payment once u said connection is not feasible

I am receiving messages from Hathway daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my prepaid account 6 months back and still I am receiving messages and phone calls repeatedly. This is so annoying.
Now since about six months I have not used Hathway Broadband Internet services.
Kindly stop sending messages and making calls to my personal number. and my email.

I have register 3 times for new connection but still not get connection

I have been receiving daily 4-5 calls and I have blocked so many numbers and still keep on receiving from different numbers. Please stop this harassment

From the past two year, i am getting calls from ur telecallers i have told so many members even the guys who called from mumbai also but they won't understand the problem... Please stop calling me. Iam very much irreted by ur telecallers. So, kindly remove my
Number and account and take ur modern and etc stuff from my home... I hope this message will get to the higher authotity of hathway broadband new delhi
