Hathway — Stop sending messages and calls

My Hathway broadband connection has been deactivated and my friend took a new connection of Hathway registered his own phone number and email Id. But still, I get promotional calls and messages from Hathway, and that's annoying. Please stop calls and messages. Account number is in the screenshot attached below
