I am doing work from home ..i am facing many issues because of wifi is not working ...

Wifi is not working for past few days ..if i try to contact call center the call will not be connected ..and the same if I contact the Hathway team either sales person or technical persons, they are not responding in proper manner and their words also completely improper ..They will not ready to reslove the problem ..They are doing only new connection and call center will resolve issues of existing customer and the call center to very much busy without connected the call.
