Services i am dhiraj chaudhari applied for new connection in 25th august 2020 payment was made on 25th evening it self. I was given an assurance that installation will be done by evening 26th august. I took up follow up but was given some or the other reason for not installing. Then it was told to me that installation will be done on 27th august by 1 pm. But no body turned out. Then i called up and was told to me that installation will be done in one hour time was 02:13 pm again no body turned out for installation. Then i called back and was told it will get installed today. Is this the way to treat new customer. What a pathetic service. What about the payment done from 25th august. My account no is [protected] your pune team is incompetent and is lazy even your nodal officers are not compitent. Not working as per the tat. I am still waiting for installation and activation. The best joke is your team itself don't know when installation and activation will be done. But they always say sir in 15 mins installation will happen but that 15min never comes.
