I have a made a payment on August 22nd for broadband connection amount of rs 3229 for new connection, the sales executive visited the site and confirmed the feasibility and received cash of 3229.

Couple of days back when i follow up for connection they confirmed connection is not feasible and the amount will be refunded back to you account

Till now I have not received my money back to my account. I have sent them my bank details from my registered email address.

I have not seen such a poor services from a reputed company.

    I have gtpl broadband connection. My gtpl complaint number 6481547 at ahmedabad. I have paid for 18 month plan at 60 mbps speed. There is a kind unsatisfactory issue with gtpl. I have complained at around 4-5 times within a two week regarding my internet speed and connection error slow speed. I have to complain everyday. When i complain regarding wifi speed and failed connection slow speed, they always register my complain but after 1 days they close my complain without solving problem. Though my browsing speed is 0.45 mbps, many times server time out and not download any file.

      I made double payment and the reason was because of my inability to make one. The screen did not load properly. Some glitch or technical reasons could be it but why this company hathway is not responding to the customers and fixing this.

        I am receiving messages from hathway broadband daily to pay amount and get promotional GB of data. I have closed my account already. This is so annoying.

          Hathway is not providing appropriate support even though my account is active. I have raised a complaint through app but it is showing in process since 30th august 2020.

          I have emailed this concern but still no action has been taken. There is no further communication regarding this issue. They are just saying we have forwarded your request to technical team.

          Every time I call customer service they disconnects my call in 2-3 mins.

          Mr. Jalaluddin, who is head in CS department - BIG SHAME ON YOU.
          I tried to call this person many time regarding this issue but he is not picking up my phone, I tried atleast 80-90 times continously.

          POOR SERVICE AND WORST OF WORST CUSTOMER CARE.

          Is hathway quality team is aware how frequently there associated disconnecting calls.

          I want action on those agents who disconnected my calls.

            I have closed my broadband connection 2 years back and your executive took router devices as well.

            After all 2 years your executive called me and asking for the router which I already handed over and when I am trying to explain her the things she is not listening and finally she started abusing me.

              Hathway is not providing appropriate support even though my account is active and just got renewed 8 days before. I have raised a complaint through app but it is showing in process since 29th august 2020. I have emailed this concern but still no action has been taken. There is no further communication regarding this issue. They are just saying we have forwarded your request to technical team. I want to terminate this connection as no support provided and want my payment of 3 months paid in advance to be refunded.

                  We have been facing the slow internet issue each and everyday since we purchased a plan of 50mbps from hathway broadband. We have registered complaints to various webistes and hathway customer care also but no action is taken till now. We are frustrated and we hope you will help us in resolving the issue ASAP. One of the worst service providers

                    Hi, In the month of june 2020 my year 5 mbps plan was expired, I called and emailed Hathway but nobody gave me response so i took different connection temporary for 3 months, during that period i received call from Hathway sales executive every week and they remind me to renew my plan, i told them call me in August end week. On 10th August 2020 they called me and said there is a plan available for ₹4500 and the executive said the plan was for a year with 50 mpbs speed with 220 FUP, i said i need more monthly usage so please tell me a different plan, the executive said i will manage provide you with 300 gb FUP, I agreed to that and made the payment and told him to start the plan from 24 August 2020. The executive started the plan on 10th August itself and my plan duration is 6 months only also the FUP is 220 gb which is getting exhaust with a couple of week

                        I received a call from a hathway person to recharge 3186 (3months) plan immediately so that they will upgrade my existing single-band router to dual-band. I recharged and after some time i called them they are saying to recharge for a 6-month plan for the dual-band upgrade am i looking like an #. They are calling people to recharge some amount saying some offer and after that, they say they don't provide an offer for the amount. I escalated this to helpdesk after a lot of mails they said they will provide me and after that, some person from technical team called and said they can't provide this offer to me because they are providing another 3+1 month offer for this i don't understand what is going on. They just cheating people to make them recharge large amounts. It's kind of irritating that i'm got cheated.

                          I opted GTPL for my internet connection, in patna, bihar. Starting time their staff where helpful until the point i gave them the registration money of 4000 after that they delayed the connection by making lame and random excuses in the end i got frustrated and told to cancel they told then they wont give the money instantly it’ll take 45 days now its been 2 months and if i ask them they are like it’ll come when it will they have no decency to talk politely as well and simply they have taken my money and causing me mental stress.

                              Your pune team is incompetent and is lazy even your nodal officers are not compitent. Not working as per the tat. I am still waiting for installation and activation.

                              The best joke is your team itself don't know when installation and activation will be done. But they always say sir in 15 mins installation will happen but that 15min never comes.

                                I am using Hathway internet in home, From hathway they offered me a best plan to change from my current plan, While changing the plan, The payment was made twice to that account. I have informed that hathway person to resolve the issue immediately, He said that the remaining amount will be utilized in next month.I have followed every day to cha But now they are saying for that amount high speed plan has been activated.
                                They didnt check with me for activating high speed plan and the amount also high.I Spoke to customer care also they are very rude and not ready to help. They are telling once any amount posted we will convert that higher amount into plan.
                                Please help me in this issue.

                                    Initially I requested for a new connection and I spoke with the agent.They said send me the documents required and I sent aadhar, passport size photo.They generated a payment link and we paid through that link.After all this happen one of his agent again call back me and said for your location there is no availability.I spoke with same agent which I have paid.since 6 days they are saying we will refund you still I don't get my money.I paid for 3 months plan 1767.0/- please help me to get my money back.
