[Resolved] Hathway — Worst customer service and worst broadband speed | |||||
I was assured high speed net speed of 50 Mbps so I reconfirmed with sales person and I was assured to get 25 to 30 Mbps. I assumed I could get 10 Mbps but download speed I am getting is max 3 to 4 Mbps and browsing speed is very poor. 2. I have registered for e-bill but they do not send bills, every month I need to call them to send my bill so that I could submit it for reimbursement in office. 3. They have provided phone numbers and email ids oft heir higher authorities but when you call, they will not pickup the call and neither they will reply to your mail. Please do not get into the greed of Hathway's high speed myth and rather stick to your existing service provider. I am experiencing worst broadband service ever. Was this information helpful? | |||||
