This is to bring to your notice the ordeal that I have been thru to get a Hathway Internet connection. It has been 4 days of follow-up and calls between me and multiple employees of Hathway and still I haven't received my connection

a) Day 1 - 31st July: Made a call to Aashirwad (mob no: [protected]). I completely understand that Sunday is a holiday and nobody is expected to work, so he promised the installation to happen on monday

b) Day 2 - 1st Aug: Morning I made a call to Aashirwad, and it was promised by evening (6 PM) the connection would be done. Between morning and evening, I provided the documents as required and as expected came back home early to get the connection up and running. After atleast 10 calls in the evening which went unanswered, i get a reply back at 7:30 PM that it wont happen today but would surely be done on tuesday by 6 PM

c) Day 3: - 2nd Aug: I made sure to call and ask Ashirwad in the morning that would the connection be done by evening and was assured that by 5 PM the technician would arrive. Again, I came back early from office, and made atleast 10 calls which went unanswered. At 7:00 PM, I got a call back that it cant be done today.
I resorted to not communicating further with Mr Aashirwad and connected with Mr Nitesh (mob no: [protected]) who gave an assurance that he would get things sorted on wednesday

d) Day 4: I took a day off just to get the internet connection up and running. Started following up around 10:30 Am with Mr Nitesh (as usual unanswered calls). Around 1130 AM I get a call back that by 1 PM the wiring would be provided and with 15 min the router would be installed. To my surprise, wiring actually happened.
Now after a wait of an hour, I started following up again, Mr. Nitesh (as usual after umpteen number o[censored]nanswered calls) gave me the number of Mr Vishal (Mob no: [protected]). Mr Vishal adds to the list of people who glorify unanswered calls. Unfortunately, I was never able to connect with Mr Vishal. So, as handicapped as I could be, I resorted to calling Mr Nitesh again, who has assured that the router installation would happen by 6 PM. Its already 7 PM and I am still on the other side o[censored]nanswered calls.

I came to know that all three (Mr Ashirwad, Mr Nitesh and Mr Vishal) are unfortunately Hathway employees. Hope you see a bright future ahead.

    This is regarding issue with Hathway Broadband connection.
    I have taken new Broadband connection from Hathway. Internet connection is very poor and they used very weak fiber cable which always creates problem.
    We are UN-satisfied with the service of Hathway Team. After many complains they did nothing and there is no response from Hathway Team.
    I would like to return my money which I have paid to Hathway.

      My Broad band ID is 1186973. Always internet will be down and we need to followup multiple times. They will tell that it will be resolved within 2 days but it will not. I raised multiple tickets for breakdown. I am not satisfied with Hathway.

      This is not my simple complaint. The internet will be down multiple times in a day and it is not stable. I complained many times to Hathway. But they are not providing any permanent solution. It is very difficult for me to work without internet. We are paying them and i need the same service from Hathway.

        On 31/07/2016 time around 11 to 12 am i had paid 2250 to mr jagan [protected] and he gave recipt for 2250 for 3 months plan 100gb data at 40mbps speed with wifi router free, and he said within 24 hours i will get cable connection and it will be activated for browsing.. But ofter 24 hours i had called to mr jagan, ha said that cable man was came he will call u sir... Cable boy was called but, ofter telling my adress he was not lift the phone. Again i had called to jagan he said "sir he had leave from there, connection will give on tomarror". And next on[protected] i had complainted to customer care executive this is second time of complainting. And again on[protected] at 10am i had called and jagan was responded, ofter 30 min cable boy called but again same thing, he said "sir tomarrow i will give u cable connection". Ofter that i had called to jagan and said"please give me my money back i dont want service from u" then he said that "on this evening u will get connection, then i said" no i need money on which exact date i will get my money back"he said" in 3 days "...

          I have a problem in intearnet from when I bought to still but I m not getting any solution from your side.I complain on mail I send 30 mail to related this issue but nothing to happen no your giving my money back.

          I am suffering with gtpl broadband service for not giving proper service,
          i complain many time for low speed and irregular net connection
          but there are doesn't fixed yet.
          they cheated me and i want refund my money from gtpl.

            There customer care service is really poor, there executives are not willing to handle complaints and provide resolution on time. I took 3months subscription on 5/5/2016 and paid in advance, however 6 days before the expiry date, they deactivated my account without any intimation, now i am trying to connect with their customer care executives, no one is in the position to answer my query, i need resolution at the earliest.

              Hi i am prajot kulkarni my hathway account number is [protected]. I am using hathway connection from last 4 months. From last two months facing lots of problems with you service like service down, modem showing offline, packet loss, connection disconnect in between. Every two days i am facing problem mostly on saturday and sunday your service is down. If we ask for service extension that time also no reply. No one reply to any mails sent to help desk, nodal desk. One more thing customer care number is not toll free because of it is unaffordable to call every time because it charges are std and minimum 5-6 min it take for each call which is unacceptable why we pay for your problems?

                1. every hathway customer will have some email id created by hathway for ex: [protected]@hathway.com
                2. with that email hathway is creating accounts on citruspay.com (third party payment site)
                3. actual customer (me) dont have access to above email and dont know password to login to citruspay.com and cant get password also as email is not realy accessable even hathway claims we can access
                4. actuall problem stats here

                A) first time i have made a payment and it landed me in citrus and after payment is done i came back after one month to make payment again and i see my card detials are saved and it is asking for cvv
                B) card details are saved becuase, while detials entered it is having option as save card check box, by mistake i dint see it and my detials saved

                Problem : when i speak to hathway customer care they are saying card detials are not saved and they are aruging with customer with thier half baked knowledge, they dont know difference between card saved at third party and detials saved at local browser

                Olution : citruspay told i can delete my card detials after login

                But account is created by hathway and hathway holds password of every accoutn which it created on citruspay.com, why it is creating without comunicating to customer or approval of customer, if they want to create account why they cant use our personal email id instead of dummy hathway email id


                Beware fraud... i need explination on this, contact : vvrao.[protected]@gmail.com

                  Hi,
                  Hathway is one of the worst service provider in pune. They should rename there name as "cheater" internet provider. It seems like the company even the employees get a salary for free. Because as like the internet even the employees don't work. They only pretend that they are working or understand the problem. But the real situation seems like they hardly understand anything. Customer care, office, sales manager, contact persons... No one picks up the call. They say that they provide the best internet service but they should look at their rating on internet. I think on their official site, only their employees have rated is high. They might have forced to do so.

                    Worst customer service and worst broadband speed

                    I was assured high speed net speed of 50 Mbps so I reconfirmed with sales person and I was assured to get 25 to 30 Mbps. I assumed I could get 10 Mbps but download speed I am getting is max 3 to 4 Mbps and browsing speed is very poor.
                    2. I have registered for e-bill but they do not send bills, every month I need to call them to send my bill so that I could submit it for reimbursement in office.
                    3. They have provided phone numbers...

                    I am continuously suffering from bad connectivity. In fact, 3-4 times in a week i have to call those people regarding this issue and in return i get their mild and fake responses which don't work at all. Always they told that you will never face problems but all fakes and even their behavior is not good. As per the plans they are not serving, bull company.
                    At least here i want you to take some promising step.
                    Expecting immediate action with positive outcomes.
                    My rating for hathway is a big zero and i will never ever suggest anyone for hathway.

                      I would like to raise a complaint for non refund of paid subscription amount on disconnection of Hathway Internet. I moved to a new place where they didn't have connectivity, I had paid three month subscription amount and they informed that on surrendering the device the two month subscription amount will be paid back. I surrendered the hathway device on[protected]attached photo of receipt). I have not yet received any communication from hathway on refund. I communicated with there customercare but they did not respond properly. They need to refund two months subscription amount. My Hathway account no is [protected] (old account no[protected].

                        I have really a serious complaint to zindagi on the repeat timings of the serial 'feriha'.
                        Feriha is given at 5:30pm (When most teenager students and college students 're busy going to their tuitions. And they miss the show.) still it's kinda fine. But why the repeat timing of 11:30pm removed?
                        'fatmagul' is given at 8:50pm and again repeated at 10:40pm. Around two hours gap.
                        And feriha is repeated the next day around 8:45am or something like that and 11:25am. When we all students 're at school doing our classes. And we end up missing the episode of feriha. :"3 fatmagul is repeated again around 3pm.
                        This isn't justice.
                        I want the channel to repeat feriha at 10:40pm or 3pm replacing the serial fatmagul.
                        There's no point of repeating fatmagul after two hours of its episode at 10:40pm. So i would highly suggest to repeat feriha at 10:40pm instead of fatmagul.
                        Or around 3pm the next day.
                        Please it my earnest request.
                        I beg zindagi channel.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          Pl.Inform that last two years, i am your valued customer. I have your plan of 2mdps fully paid but it is not working since six months.Inspite of my repeated complain, it is not resolved physically and informed me by message that your complaint is resolved. I am very upset about your such services. My complaint is till date lying unresolved. Specially connectivity of my broadband is disconnected in afternoon between 2 to 7 pm and frequently disconnected many times and because of that i am not getting fully utilized connectivity of broadband. I have complain about 30 times to your office but not receiving proper response and last i have received msg that your complaint is resolved. Just a minute before, i receive msg on my mobile that your complaint is resolved.

                          I once again request you to take appropriate action to resolve my complaint permanantly and stop the message sending me that your complaint is resolved which is physically not resolved by your team.

                          It is matter of very shameful for your company. By writing this note to you, i hope that some action would be taken at your end. Thanking you and expecting to hearing soon from you.

                            I have registered for a Hathway internet connection for 3 months for my company at Banjara hills, My mobile number is registered for this connection : +91 [protected], experienced worst internet service could every imagine during the service period..

                            I have informed to the service team to disable my connection and also delete my information from the future SMS or emailing list.

                            Just after few days, Hathway started sending SMS on daily basis to renew the service or ignore if already Paid PFA... I have tried to call on support numbers but all the numbers aren't working or always says busy message..!

                            Hathway you people have sent enough SMS and I am fed up deleting your SMS

                            Please stop it immediately !

                              Sir,
                              Im user of hathaway cable tv at hyderabad, ramnagar, parsiguta.
                              Teli casting of tv channel is very poor in quality, teli casting is stuck allways.. No picture quality at all. Complaint response is nill.. Quality of set of box is very bad. And they are not provideing some channels local language, signal down time is more and more completely this companey is not attention in providing good service, they charge higher charges for set of box and non refundable deposit of 700 rs... Plz take action about their irresponsible.. Thank you

                                  I would like to inform you that i am using gtpl broadband connection from last 4 months (current in gandhinagar secot 3 b), now i have buy house (swagat afford, saragasan, gandhinagar) so i have requested to your gtpl that please move my broadband connection to my newer house but they said that we can't move to this location as i am not understand why gtpl connecction can not be move to my newer location as i have not changed the city.

                                  I am very much dis-pointed by the response give by your employee at gandhinagar office.

                                  I have registered online complaint twice on your system but they are responding to my query as well, it is my humble request you to look into the issue and clear issue as early as possible.

                                  I got mail from gtpl saying that we can not provide the service to your newer location so i said that i have buy 6 months+3 months (7700 rs) plan but as you are saying i can not get the service to my newer address so please provide refund of my remaining service.

                                  I hope you will understand this situation, i have already paid amount to your gtpl office and i have used only 4 months service.

                                  Please refund remaining amount as i will not get any service to my newer house,

                                  Then after i got mail from gtpl saying that your issue is resolved and closed ticket but my issue is not resolved so i have resend following mail to gtpl

                                  My issue is not resolved yet and i am getting mail from your side that issue has been resolved.

                                  How this is possible as i am saying clearly that my issue is not resolved yet.

                                  I am really dis-appointed and dis-satisfied by gtpl service team, i have not expected this kind of behavior from your side.

                                  Please transfer gtpl connection to my newer house if not possible then refund my remaining money.
                                  Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Pls note below details of my complaint with GTPL. I have also complained with TRAI & DOT for the worst service.

                                  I have applied for home GTPL, Ahmedabad broadband internet connection on 6th July, 2016 and was informed that the connection will be provided in next 6-7 days. I have also deposited cash of Rs. 3060 (rs. 2560 for broadband plan of 60 GB for 6 months and Rs. 500 connection charges) to Mr. Kamesh Darji and Mr. Keyur on 6th July, 2016. Receipt no. 289031 is enclosed herewith for reference.

                                  I waited till 15th July, 2016 and thereafter started calling representatives who collected the amount. But they never bothered to pick-up the call and inform customer about the delay in the installation. After 3-4 days constant calls, i would get in touch with Mr. Kamesh on 19th July, 2016. As informed by him, i was promised that the connection will be provided within a day or two. I even lodged online compliant on GTPL portal on 19th July, 2016. Since the connection was not provided in few days, i again started calling the Customer care and representatives who collected the amount. As usual, the representatives did not bothered to pick up and inform the customer and, Customer Centre after repeated calls on one occasion took the receipt no. and other details and informed that the representative will contact you at the earliest.

                                  Again after waiting for few more days, I called the Nodal officer no. [protected] on 26th July, 2016 and briefed him the entire story since 6th July, 2016 and informed him to return back Rs. 3060 if the connection is not provided by today evening. Even he assured that the amount will be refunded. However, till date neither connection is provided nor my money is refunded. GTPL being in service industry is expected to resolve grievances of customers and atleast make a courtesy call after a compliant is lodge with customer care and nodal officer. Till date i have not received any call/ updates from GTPL. It was only the harassed customer who was making calls and follow-up as he has deposited advance and had no option.

                                  I also wish to put on record that on several occasion i tried to call the Appellate Authority, GTPL Gujarat and was shocked to know that the number is out of service. I am taking this matter with the Department of Telecom/ TRIA as this is clear breach of applicable code of conduct on the part of Internet Service Provider.

                                  I am also writing this letter to the Regulator bringing to their notice the deficiency in service and if such operators like you are provided the ISP licence, i don’t think we can realise the dream of “Digital India” envisaged by our Hon’ble Prime Minister, India. Even the basic necessity like Internet is not provided after repeated follow-up and that too in metro areas, i cant even dream when and what kind of services this ISP like GTPL will provide in Rural Areas. Severe actions should be taken against such negligent ISP who harass people.

                                  I once again request you to refund Rs. 3060 within 2 days, failing which i will file a complaint before consumer forum/ appropriate authorities.

                                  Even the Appellate Authority is providing wrong information and facts that the connection is not feasible in my area. I am staying in Block No. G 501 and there are other customers of GTPL in my society in Block No. C who are using GTPL. Further, there is a advertisement of GTPL connection with contact no. of their sales representative in my G Block at Shiva Blessing, Sargasan, Gandhinagar. In spite of all these, the Appellate Authority, GTPL is on record saying that connection is not feasible in the area.

                                  Even if it is accepted that connection is not feasible in the area, you should not send your representative to collect money from the customers where you dont have reach. Secondly, if amount is collected by mistake, this should be informed to customer as the earliest and it should be refunded immediately. Customers should not waste their time in writing this matter to Appellate Authority, GTPL, AP TRAI.

                                  I once again request TRAI/ DOT to take actions against GTPL, Ahmedabad and issue show cause notice. Further, TRAI should also bar ISP from collecting money in the areas where they are not providing services. Money should be collected only after broadband line / Towers are installed and are ready to serve customers. Such provisions should be included in the " TELECOM CONSUMERS COMPLAINT REDRESSAL REGULATIONS, 2012

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    I have applied for home gtpl, ahmedabad broadband internet connection on 6th july, 2016 and was informed that the connection will be provided in next 6-7 days. I have also deposited cash of rs. 3060 (Rs. 2560 for broadband plan of 60 gb for 6 months and rs. 500 connection charges) to mr. Kamesh darji and mr. Keyur on 6th july, 2016. Receipt no. 289031 is enclosed herewith for reference.

                                    I waited till 15th july, 2016 and thereafter started calling representatives who collected the amount. But they never bothered to pick-up the call and inform customer about the delay in the installation. After 3-4 days constant calls, i would get in touch with mr. Kamesh on 19th july, 2016. As informed by him, i was promised that the connection will be provided within a day or two. I even lodged online compliant on gtpl portal on 19th july, 2016. Since the connection was not provided in few days, i again started calling the customer care and representatives who collected the amount. As usual, the representatives did not bothered to pick up and inform the customer and, customer centre after repeated calls on one occasion took the receipt no. And other details and informed that the representative will contact you at the earliest.

                                    Again after waiting for few more days, i called the nodal officer no. [protected] on 26th july, 2016 and briefed him the entire story since 6th july, 2016 and informed him to return back rs. 3060 if the connection is not provided by today evening. Even he assured that the amount will be refunded. However, till date neither connection is provided nor my money is refunded. Gtpl being in service industry is expected to resolve grievances of customers and atleast make a courtesy call after a compliant is lodge with customer care and nodal officer. Till date i have not received any call/ updates from gtpl. It was only the harassed customer who was making calls and follow-up as he has deposited advance and had no option.

                                    I also wish to put on record that on several occasion i tried to call the appellate authority, gtpl gujarat and was shocked to know that the number is out of service. I am taking this matter with the department of telecom/ tria as this is clear breach of applicable code of conduct on the part of internet service provider.

                                    I am also writing this letter to the regulator bringing to their notice the deficiency in service and if such operators like you are provided the isp licence, i don’t think we can realise the dream of “digital india” envisaged by our hon’ble prime minister, india. Even the basic necessity like internet is not provided after repeated follow-up and that too in metro areas, i cant even dream when and what kind of services this isp like gtpl will provide in rural areas. Severe actions should be taken against such negligent isp who harass people.

                                    I once again request you to refund rs. 3060 within 2 days, failing which i will file a complaint before consumer forum/ appropriate authorities.
                                    Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Please solve my law speed proble at morning & night
                                    I am using 512kb/s and 2 mb/s night plant but i can't getting speed .
                                    In night i get only 90kb/s speed.
                                    My connection is started from 29/07/2016.Even today morning speed is only 2 kb/s ...please slove it

                                      Hi,
                                      I am facing poor signals while it rains and also no signal during power cut. I do have an UPS at home but unable to watch TV at home because cable TV shows no signal when there is a power cut. Please do provide power backup as it is provided for hathway broad band. My house is located at new city colony, bapuji nagar, bowenpally, secunderabad.
                                      Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
