I am joint venturer of hbn dairies & allied limited and have deposited all the instalments of subscription from commencement to till expiry date of term c. O. C./ghee.

The details pertaining to my deposit are given below:-

Although, i had submitted the original documents of my above deposit to your faridabad branch office on 31.07.2015 to enable you to send my matured money.
I request to expedite refund of rs.42, 750/- + 10% of consideration amount as bonus (As indicated by you on certificate issued by you that at the end of term 10% of consideration amount will be paid as bonus if the joint venture is not lapsed) + 25% interest from 10.08.2015 (The date on which sum matured) to till date because of delay in sending the payment of sum matured on account of your fault.

Please note as per terms of above policy the matured value must have been payable within one month. It is now above 2 years since the date of maturity of sum i. E. 10.08.2015.

Kindly treat this letter as my reminder to you. If i do not receive my due matured sums from you i have left with no option except to knock the door of consumer court and also register a report of cheating against you in the police.

We had an investement made by my grandmother ms. Kamal vairagar in 2012. She invested for the 4 o[censored]s including a friend ms. Sharada londhe, daughter-in-law mrs. Punam vairagar, grand daughter ms. Pratiksha vairagar and grandson which is myself mr. Pranjal vairagar. There was no officer coming to collect the money after 42-45 receipt was received. We have the receipts and also the certificates.. This policy matures sometime in 2018 but as there is no officer coming over to collect the money we are worried about the policy. I would like to know why there was no person dispatched to collect the amount. And kindly let me know what is the status of all the payments made?

I had submitted all my original bond and certificate at prahladpur in delhi office. Everytime i contacted at branch officers staff told me that we are proceed to give you your maturity amount. Please have some patience. Everytime i contacted they scolded me. I had submitted all my documents but still i not received any response and my fund. Please give me my fund my policy amount as soon as possible. Please give my amount.

I had worked with hbn dairies & allied ltd as a policy taken from udgir latur (Maharashtra) policy no. Scg 0161950. I have open as on date 30/03/2009 maturity issue date 30/06/2015.. All document paper summited in branch december 2015. I had paid all the yearly installments of this policy and maturity period of policy had already been expired on 20 october 2014. I had deposited original policy certificate alongwith first & final installment payment receipts, xerox copy of my pan card and first page bank pass book with company's branch located at pimpri, pune (Mah) on 20 october 2014. After depositing these documents i had obtained documents receipt no. 8296 from their pimpri, pune branch on 20 october 2014, but i had not received maturity amount of rs. 92, 100.00 from company, till date. During maturity time branch has been closed. Hii, this complaint is regarding hbn dairies sidhi branch in madhya pradesh and i am landlord of the property. Hbn dairies is not paying our high pending house rent of near about 2 years time and there head office delhi is not paying atension to this problem. Company staff is making fraud n fake comitments since long time and even i have made personal visits 3-4 times to there delhi office but they have continued same fake comitments.

So i want my full high pending house rent of sidhi branch from hbn dairies office otherwise we are going to file police complaint against hbn company for non payment of our house rent which is very high in total til aug-2017.

So i request sumeone from hbn managemnt delhi to call on my number and talk to me and clear my full house rent of sidhi branch otherwise soon we are filing police complaint against hbn group for recovering our house rent.
