I have bought two policies having registration no. E[protected] and e[protected] on dated 30.11.2012. I have submitted the relevant document to your new office namely hbn credit co-operative society in new delhi
On dated 26.09.2017 for the payment of my deposited amount against above
Said policies. But till date no action has been taken for the same. So please
Release my payment as soon as possible. I am attaching the copy of certificates of policies and the receipt copy issued by the hbn credit co-operative society for the document submission for the payment of my
Deposited amount.

I have been asking for the maturity amount for two people who joined the policy in hbn diaries in tirunelveli and the maturity was dated earlier than 2014. I have sent many mails claiming for the amount, still did not get any reply. Kindly get me my amounts.
Kindly have the issue resolved or guide me so that i can reach them out directly. Thanks in advance!

Recently when i visit to that office, that office was shutdown without any information. I contact to the branch office of all over india, all numbers was not in use. I wish to inform you that i have paid rs 70000 in 14 instalments of rs 5000 each to hbn diaries ltd as they had promissed me that they will pay rs 92500 at the end of the maturity period but they have not paid even a single penny so far. I have been informed by the agent that the case is in the court and they have ordered hbn diaries to pay the money to the clients by the end of december 1917. As i am in urgent need of the amount for family and medical expences i kindly request you to arrange to pay the amount immediately without further delay.

As per the terms and conditions of the policy which i took and i didnt received my money after completing the policy paying all the premium on time. And under i am not alone i am the the agent under my there are three other customers of mine in this policy whoes premium are payed on time but didnt recieved the money. I had opened 3 different accounts with hbn diaries. I payed duly all the installments. Its been 3 years that the policy has been matured but i have not received a single penny. I have even sent a mail to the judiciary for the same but still no response. I have got a website where i can register compliant regarding them but as soon as i register any complaint the website crashes.http://www.pdiact.cg.nic.in/ this is the website. I am not sure where to go and ask for. My agent says you will get the money but its been three years my money is stuck.
