Dear Sir, My Name is Neeraj Verma. My Emp Code is N16551. I was in the Auto Loan vertical working from June 2018 to 31st Dec 2022. I have intimated to the mentor (my supervisor) of my resignation by sending him my handwritten resignation letter on his official mail id. after serving my mentioned notice period I stopped to go office. In between, I have to try to contact my mentor to revert to my resignation mail as an acceptance of resignation. but every time he tried to ignore me. later on, I sent my emp id card along with an exit checklist to the Mumbai head office. but 2 days ago I got an Absconding mail on my mail id. now tell me if I have put in my resignation and served my notice period then how i can become abscond? I have tried to contact you over the mail id hbl.[protected]@hdbfs.com, hdb.hrcompliance.com, but neither received any revert.

please help me to resolve this issue on priority as due to the arbitrariness of the mentor, my experience of 4.5 years will be spoiled.

Dear sir,

I was working in HDFC bank in HDB roll. I was join the bank on 14th Feb 2022 and submitted my resignation letter to my RM Mr. Kuldeep Singh - K6006 on dated 21st Sep 2022 but in between my notice period my RM did not process my resignation whenever i ask to about resignation process he told me i had already updated in system. But in my last working day (31st Oct 2022) i told him today is my last working day as per HR policy.

But till date i did not received my relieving letter and whenever ask to him about my reliving letter he ignored.

Now my current organization demanding my reliving letter and submit to him within 3 working days.

Request to you please arrange my reliving letter as soon as possible.

Your company did not issue a Relieving letter /certificate of Experience. I various times mailed your authorised email id but you are not co-operate me to issue relieving certificate. Mujhe July me Mr Naveen HDB employee ne 15000 rs ka Full final bataya tha aapko settlement letter de denge aur July 2022 se jan 2023 tak maine kitni baar phone milya aur branch jake visit kiya par Mr Naveen & Mr Rajeev ne mujhe koi settlement letter nahi diya bas kal de denge, kal de denge bol kar 6 month complete kar diya, aur ab bol rahe hai ab hame wo allocated nahi hai, par HDB department ki tarf se mujhe koi phone nahi aaya aur koi bhi ghar visit karne aaya, ab mujhe loan amount 69000 ka bta rahe hai jisme service charges, interest rate & others charges add kar diya

Esme HDB financial employees ka fault hai, na mujhe koi 6 month koi contact Kiya na mere ghar visit karne aaye jabki me branch me jakker chakkar lga rha hu Mr Naveen ko phone kar rha par mera koi loan amount clear nahi kiya hai

With due respect I am writing this mail to you because I know the value of RBI and HDFC Bank.
But some employees who is working HDFC Bank on HDB financial services role, they are doing cheat to people and company .I tried to highlight the issue with HDB team but I didn't find any satisfactory answer from them.

Some of your employees who is working in consumer loan at HDB financial services roles, they are doing fraud with clients. They are telling to customer HDFC is providing personal loan to you and they took their documents and give them money on behalf of product and taking commission from dealer and clients

2nd case is also their, they give mobile phone and show LED.

Lots of cases are there which is providing by HDB employee by Misguiding people.

I believe I will not see these type of people in your organization who is cheating your organization and people.

I have collected all the proof from market.

Kindly resolve this matter on very urgent basis . People trust on RBI & HDFC Bank very much that's why I am writing this mail to you and want to hear from you.

My name is Asha Devi. Currently I am working in HDB financial services in solan (H.P) in two wheeler loan department. My December 2022 month salary is not credited to me and when I asked the reason then it is mentioned that I have zero attendance reported. I punched in each and every day in the hdfc bank system and submitted it and after a month they are saying zero attendance reported we don't have any access to our attendance where we can check whether it is marked or not and if it zero marked then it is systems fault I have done my work generated sales completed my duties and now SM is saying you will not paid because of your attendance which is wrong that is mental harassment I also have family, EMI's to pay so it's a kind request to the HR that please look into the matter.
