I have raised pre-closure loan request on 11th feb 2023, they sent approval on 28th Feb 2023 with pre-closure charges percentage is @4.72% as per agreement, if customer pays 36 EMI's it suppose to 2%. I have raised same to customer care. I have already paid 39 EMI's by that time.
