HDFC Bank — Amount debited from saving account without intimation confirmation or approval & harassment by hdfc bank

This is vikas jadhav having hdfc bank saving account [protected] fc road, hdfc bank debited rs. 1618.47 & rs. 1534.15 from my saving account without any approval on 12th april 2017.

I have on tour and when i swap card on petrol pump they have declined my card payment. I have shocked when saw my hdfc bank debited my account without my confirmation or any prior intimation.

Due hdfc bank nonsense treatment i have lost my important meeting.

I have made complait to director forum of hdfc bank but yet not positive and valid response from them.

Today i got call from customer representative mr. Ashish of hdfc bank from phone no [protected] 9.35 am. He told me bank had deducted your credit card outstanding. But my outstanding is old of 9 year. And he dont know why deducted. He told me i will forward this query to my boss but yet not response from them. I asked him question that if outstanding is pending from 2010 then why you not deducted in last 7 years but he dont have any answer also my cibil scrore is down due their carelessness treatment with customers.

I have checked the same outstanding of credit card transaction was 2010 and the credit card is blocked in 2013 and they have not intimated to me from 2013 to march 2017. Deducted amount is not tallied with outstanding of 2010 as well as i have send mail and letters regarding outstanding of credit card to bank so many time but nobody replied me.

Now my complaint is how can bank deducted amount whatever they want and when they want without account holder confirmation and approval?

What are they doing in last 7 years. They have not entertained my emails.

If this type treatment done from hdfc bank to his old customer then how we can trust on banks and reserve bank of india. This is tollay fraud with me and harassment by hdfc bank

Kindly refund the same money in my account on high priority.

Dear Team,

Pls change your courier service ( BLUE DART) for Latur location if you providing other location also this service so pls change it because he not giving proper response and not often proper address and sending feedback wrongly to you.
( My credit card dispatched from last 8 days But I am not give still )
