[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — complaint against atm withdrawal

Dear sir,

I am an a/c holder (A/c no. [protected] of hdfc bank, shyambazar branch, kolkata

I made a money transaction through central bank of india atm centre, shibpur dinbondhu institution branch howrah, using hdfc debit card, on 04th april 2018, time 20:22. I withdrawed rs. 5000/-. Since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the atm but i was billed for the amount. As hdfc customer care says, i filed a complaint to the nearest hdfc bank.

After that, i provided the card holder dispute form and all the details several times to all concerned people. But even after eight days go, i didn’t receive my money back. The charge back section of debit card disputes has not even replied to me.

I look forward to a speedy action from your part.

Hi
I have opened my account in hdfc bank few months back they charged RS 177 without any information narration - STMT CHGS NET/MBL INCL GST 290318-MIR[protected]. Get this debited amount back to my account.

My personal loan amount is not auto debited from my salary account although i have sufficient amount in my Bank of india bank account . My due date is on 4th of every month. My loan number is 46430226.My loan EMI is Rs.4849.
Please ensure if any fine will be there then it will be wave off.
