[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card payments gone to wrong account

The amount of rs.5000/- remitted on account of credit card payment is not reflected in the receipt by your credit card deptt.

I have remitted rs.39000/- towards credit card payment of icici bank, the same has by fraud or negligence gone to another account of hdfc.in spite of several attempts by kotak mahindra bank, the same has not been reversed.

Hi,
I cancelled my flight tickets 3 weeks ago.
I got confirmation from Ibibo about refund acknowledged by Bank.

But still no amount has been refunded.
