My Salary account got debited with Rs 842.70 as DEPOSITORY CHARGES MAR15 linked to my DEMAT account.
This account I never used and it was clearly stated during opening the salary account that this would be free service.
It's a serious breach of trust between me & HDFC. Concerned authority should take necessary steps to credit the money back in my account.

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.
An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12th May 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES APR[protected] with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.
When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.
Please help me to get my money back.

I had an issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges, Initially when we did not have Demat account they force us and create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged 875/-.. This is very bad. And I have never used the Demat till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would have communicated that i have not been using and will charged then I would have
closed the account. And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same

With out any intimation HDFC bank peope deducted 570 rupees as DEPOSITORY CHARGES Jun[protected] on 13th JUL. I have no clue on this.

I have a complaint regarding this depository charges. This is the 3rd time this amount is deducted from my salary account without my approval and also while opening an account with you your agent told me this service will be free always so why this is not free and i have called you many times regarding my d.mat account closure and it was also closed so why depository charges are still there and why its getting charged from my account. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME HAPPENED NOW.
The reference was Depository charges and something like this.
I AM GOING TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT ON IMMEDIATE BASIS NOW.
