Wrong debit to my credit card for a policy not belonging to me

My credit card has been debited with an amount of Rs. 65,000.00 for a Life Insurance Policy No. 15101675. I do no not have any such policy in my name.
When enquired from their help line number HDFC life refused to reveal the policy holder details. Thereafter I lodged a written complaint on May 9th 2013, at HDFC LIFE branch at Bikaji Cama Palace, New delhi. But the same is still unattended. Credit card Charge Back

dcd deduction in hdfc bank

Rude behavior of manager.

I am extremely sorry to write such kind of letter. But i am forced to do so because of the irresponsible behavior from the manager of HDFC BANK (status)regarding NRI account.

when i approached for a opening the NRI account of my brother (junior manager)told us in a rude way,"they don't have NRI account facility in samalkha branch".and then we approach panipat branch and opened the NRI account.

This is Upendra Chaurasiya here complaining against HDFC Bank .They are deducting some money regularly from my salary account .So many times we had complaint , but they are not providing solution for the same.Even June 13 also deducted Rs 842 as Depository Charges from my account even not intimated.I m also not using any demate account ,they automatically oppend without my knowladge.

wrong deductions

Very worst response from them. i received my debit card before 2 weeks but till now i didnt receive the pin between this my old debit card was blocked automatically. Cheated by HDFC

HDFC company which at one time was standard for Ethics can no longer be trusted. I fell Victim to its HDFC Savings Assurance Plan. I am retired ex-service man and wanted to keep my retirement benefit in a plan where it stays safe, have flexibility to withdraw and earn a good interest better than regular savings/recurring account.

Cheque Book - Torn & no revert

Fooling customers in the name of brokerage

I had brought a apartment through HDFC reality of Sasthamangalm branch, Trivandrum , Kerala. On 9-Jun-2012 I have paid amount of 12,500 as brokerage to HDFC. But they didn't give me the receipt. Saying like they will make arrangement to get receipt to my office. Amount is being collected by a person called Sanjay.
