Dear Sir, I am totally disappointed with HDFC bank super saver saving a/c no.:0485-[protected] (Udyog Vihar Branch), This a/c opened on dtd 24/10/2011: I have personal issues so that I have given mail request for closing this a/c as immediately basis. but she is not listen; Deduction started onward from my a/c: 26/05/2012 --INR 393.26 09/12/012 --INR 561.8 13/01/2013 --INR 561.8 (Oct, 2012) 07/02/2013 --INR 393.26 (Nov, 2012) 26/02/2013 --INR 393.26 (Dec, 2012) 02/04/2013 --INR 561.8 (Feb, 2013) 13/04/2013 --INR 561.8 (March, 2013) 03/10/2013 --INR 561.8 (August, 2013) 11/10/2013 --INR 29.84 (Sep, 2013 21/01/2013 --INR 1123.3 (only for the month of March, 2013 & August 2013) 22/10/2012 --INR 13.6 04/11/2013 --INR 518.36 (This amount deducted from another holding salary a/c 1374-[protected]) _I need clarification regarding this matter. 08/11/2013 -- INR 531.8 (Refunded for the month of Sep, 2013) Total Deducted = INR 4550.58 & refunded only 1655.4.     Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards to HDFC Life Insurance policy number 16228413. The above policy mis-sold to me by Mr. Dharmesh Shah in first week of August, 2013 and applied online by Mr. Dharmesh Shah on 10th August, 2013. I have attached the HDFC Plan Advice photo copy in which you can verify I have been advised about Classic Assurance Plus for 15 years with paying terms of 7 years. Below is the highlight of Plan Advice: • 15 years term. • 7 years paying term. • Premium of 30, 000.00 per year for 7 years. • Sum Assured 4, 80, 000.00 • Accidental Death Benefit 9, 60, 000.00 • Accident by Govt. Vehicle 14, 40, 000.00. • 1 Lakh for each critical illness (24 illness covered) • RB at 3% of Sum assured • IB at 2% to 4.5% of Sum assured • TB at 45% of Sum assured • At the end of 15 years I have been advised as I will get 16, 66, 000.00. I agreed to Mr. Dharmesh Shah for above plans however when I received the confirmation of policy details it’s totally different what is discussed with me. I contacted Mr. Dharmesh Shah on 11th August, 2013 and advised I have received the incorrect policy details as it is showing 10 years of term and total incorrect Sum Assured. Mr. Shah offered apologies and confirmed he will request to change the term to 15 years and when I asked about Sum assured amount is incorrect he confirm the policy which we explain are incorrect and again apologies me. I asked him to cancel this policy as this is mis-sold to me and he agreed to it and confirmed I will request to get the policy documents once published and arrange for cancellation. I trusted him as he apologies me and as there is 15 day cooling period to return the policy. He also offered me to sold me another policy for which I confirmed once I get my funds back I will get in touch with him. He told me he will send the two policy details in email and send to me on 13th August, 2013. The email received is attached for your reference. I received a confirmation of policy document dispatched and got a confirmation from my father that they have received the policy documents hence I contact Mr. Dharmesh Shah on both of his mobile number [protected] and [protected] however he not picked any calls. Two days later I called him again and he picked the call and when I asked him what is the status of cancellation he told me it is not yet done as the policy paper dispatched to Pune. I asked him you told me you will request the policy papers at your office and process the cancellation. He told me he did send the request to receive the policy papers but dispatched to Pune and agreed to show me the email which he sent to his department. On that day I agreed with him to that I will arrange to receive the policy papers back from Pune and arranged to courier it from Pune. I requested him to send the email but never received. When received the policy papers on 4th September, 2013, I contact him twice on both the numbers but he not responded. On same day I called him approx 21:30 and he agreed to pick the documents from my home on next day and processed the request for cancellation and advised the fund will be back to my account in week. I didn’t received any response from him hence called him on both numbers on 14th September, 2013 however he never picked the call and dropped a text as he is in meeting and contact me later. He called me on 26th September, 2013 and confirm sorry as he not responded the call as he was in hospital due to Chikangunia and he also left the HDFC job and confirm the request for cancellation is not processed and advised me to complain myself. I asked him as you left the job then please give me the details in writing but he refused to do it. He advised he will send the policy papers to me by Friday and send me text with contact person and address to complain to his office on SG highway. As he left the job and declined to give me any details in writing hence I decided to record the call and recorded the conversation in which he confirmed all the faults which is enough proof to identify its not my fault and entire fault of Mr. Dharmesh Shah. I visited the office and met Mr. Hetansh Gohil and he also advised based on this he will not able to help me and advised to raise a complaint. I also received the letter for complain in order to cancellation however when I enquired today i.e. 29th September, 2013 I have been advised by Vijayalaxmi it is confirmed to me as the request is cancelled as the information not received in 15 days cooling period. Please accept this email as formal complaint for mis-sold of policy and cancel it. I request you to please process the cancellation and refund my fund back to me as the earliest. I have attached all the copy of sound recordings, HDFC Plan advice and email received from Mr. Shah. Please do feel free to contact me on [protected] anytime before 14:00 Hrs. as after that I will be in my office and not able to pick the call. I hope for the positive response.       I wish to state here that HDFC Securities is one of the worst stock brokerage companies in India. Below are my issues 1.They charge more than what they say 2. The brokers are not trained properly. ( they do not know what stop loss is and expect the customer tell tthem every time an order is placed) 3. I guess it is volume business and hence the brokers are only looking for turnover and not interested in the customer. When the high brokerage was highlighted it was informed by my broker that manager is not available as he is on leave. this happended for 2 days. later he never bothered to inform me. Next what ever stop loss i have given broker has not put it and i had to face huge loss. REQUEST ONE AND ALL NOT TO DEAL WITH HDFC SECURITIES.

          IS THIS TERM OF CANCELLATION OF CREDIT CARD WITHOUT NOTICE TENABLE? "The Bank at any time (in their sole discretion and without giving any notice thereof to the card-member or assigning any reason thereof) suspend, withdraw or cancel the benefit of such insurance covered, and there will be no binding obligation on the bank to continue this benefit. Using the Card is deemed acceptance of this term." Is this term legally tenable? Are there relevant citations for or against such a term? Thank you.

            Dear Sir, I would like to bring notice and also I need clarification as mentioned below; Today I have checking online banking and I have found Debit card No.:5129XXXXXXXX0228 is showing in ACTIVE. I am totally confused that I am in South Korea and my family already left Gurgaon address from 28th July, 2013. However, I have no information regarding this and Who is received & using this Debit card-5129XXXXXXXX0228, and when you have sent and why this card shown in active. Many times I have given email request and hard copy sent to Nehru Place address for update my permanent address but HDFC BANK-Nehru place branch not responded till yet. if any fraud/misuse above mentioned card only HDFC will be bear all the cost in HDFC account, and I need clarification for which courier you have sent and whose delivered.               Sir, This is Murugan from Coimbatore. I have been using HDFC Master credit cards for nearly 1.5 years now. I have always paid my dues on date atleast minimum due amount properly. Last month I used my credit card to book Bus ticket. I was not aware that my available credit limit is almost nil. I thought i still had credit limit to be used. I didn't get any notification or alert from HDFC while paying or at anytime. Now suddenly they have charged amount of Rs.500+60+2 as "Overlimit Fee". My questions are 1) How do you let me pay the bills when my available credit limit exceeds? 2) Why didn't you give any alerts or notifications regarding overlimit during usage of card? 3) When enquired regarding the same to HDFC customer support, i am not getting correct response. They say they wont provide any such alerts to any cutomers. Is this the way you answer and treat you customer? Is this how you provide customer support? It seems like HDFC don’t value their customers. Worst approach…. Whatever that now I have paid my lastmonth minimum due amount with this excess amount today. My due date is 8th November. So pls waive off my overlimit fee and pls inform me when i reached my limit. My card Details here..                 Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I am holding two nos. HDFC Bank A/c, (1) A/c No.: 0485-[protected] (super saver saving a/c) & (2) A/c no.:1374-[protected] (salary a/c) having one customer ID. In few days back 0485-[protected] refund all the deducted AMB charges (21/10/2013), perhaps in many times deducted from A/c No.: 0485-[protected] INR 29.84 (11/10/2013) & INR 13.60 (22/10/2013) and this time HDFC bank crossed their limits & deducted money from another A/c no.:1374-[protected], INR 518.36 for AMB charges for September, 2013. Many times I have given mail request to close this both mentioned a/c's. but they are not responding and every time auto debited and given me mentally tortured. Kindly do the needful.                       Unauthorized Debit by Bank accounting to Theft and breach of Client Confidentiality Terms. No Law provides any Bank with the authority to fiddle with Client Account. Hence this action by Bank accounts to Theft by Bank. Also, stating that while selling cards there was a clause that authorized Bank to Debit account directly in case of any issue is against the Law of the Land, quite similar to stating that if I want to I can take your life for non-payment. Also, despite proactively informing the Bank of the changes in details, Bank failed to internally pass information to Credit Cards division on pretext of segregation and protection of Client against Frauds. Same Bank breaches its own policy to debit the account of client of Credit Card Dues. So, Client is bound to provide information to both parties as Bank maintains its policies, but Bank itself breaks its own policies and robs money from its client account. Want to launch a legal complaint with Consumer Forum and am ready to fight for my claim District, State and Supreme Court if need be. Its bullying by Bank and robbing precious money of Client under different pretexts. Its robbery, coercion, misconduct and breach of Client Confidentiality laws (International Laws) by Bank.

                        ASD charges

                        My name is Edwin. I have a salary account with HDFC. The bank keep deducting ASD charges from my account. Last month itself they have deducted Rs. 1800 from my account, this is not a first incident for last 2 years the bank is charging ASD. How can the bank debit any amount without any prior information to their consumer. Before also I have given complaint it was unanswered. Why the bank cannot sort out this issue.                         I have been calling HDFC customer care for my CC outstanding amount. which they refuse to tell me because on the identity confirmation questions they ask on the call, I could not remember by billing address "pin number" even when I am giving all other details they ask for. This is the first time on such a ridiculous thing customer care has refused to give outstanding amount details. Also, I do not even get hard copies of my bill so I cannot refer to it for pin code. It is extremely ridiculous that the mindless agents consider "not presenting pin code" a security hazard because seriously, how hard is it for someone else if illegally trying to get my outstanding amount details from customer care to find area pin code on google when the person has my billing address and all other details! This is highly inconvenient for customers; CC agents making a fuss on area pin code when all the important details presented are correct and that too to just know my outstanding amount!!

When I visited your bank first time I clearly told them that I just want to open a salary account without any extra chargeable services. They gave me form of NEWS-PAPER size and told me to sign on it. Approximately 50 times I signed on it and they told me it is just a formality “but now I realize that it was cunning trick to fool the customer who trust or belief in your services and guidance” Later a message delivered on my mobile regarding D-Mat account; when first time I read that message I was not even aware about the purpose of D-mat account. After that when I contacted to the bank I came to know that they opened my D-mat account. I told them to close it immediately; I visited your bank five times just to close the D-mat account but it is not closed yet. Moreover I was told that there are not any charges to open D-mat account; but later Rs 1000 deducted from my account just to open the account. I want the deducted amount of Rs 1000 back in my account or I will take legal action.

                              Anticipating answer of my question at the end.

                              Greeting of the day...

                              I am HDFC Bank Cardholder using HDFC Credit Card from Last 5 Year while
                              writing this mail I was really confused that whether I was having this
                              relationship with Bank or any Local Money Lender.

                              I would request you to check my card Status from the date it is open this
                              is first time that I have 2 months overdue & this is not because of my
                              Intentions this is because of Some financial commitments which suddenly got
                              broke down. I suppose from last five Years I would have never made this
                              card Issuer bank HDFC into loss.

                              Sir I will let you know that I was working with One of the reputed
                              organization and into collections only but In my Last 5 Years of work
                              experience in the same field I have never used such a language and behavior
                              what I have faced today.

                              It was an great scene which was created outside my office which made me
                              really very upset. I am in arrangement of the fund & will surrender this
                              card & will reslove issue because its just a matter of time when you stuck
                              up into a situation related to financial matter but it never for a long
                              time.

                              I am not writing this mail to ask time from your side because I am in
                              arrangements of fund & will make the payment but I would like to know that
                              when we talk about customer service, RBI policies related to collection &
                              when our staff are DRA certified does such kind of collection behavior
                              suits them. I am well aware that feedback updation on my card account have
                              been done till the time I am writing this mail to you. Customer is RTP
                              case/ Customer is from collection background it makes easy for you to slove
                              such kind of escalations.

                              I am really worried that when you will discuss about the entire case the
                              particular location there would be attack on me either from that person
                              side or either from his local goons.

                              I am writing this mail because to make you aware about particular situation
                              and I have promised that person to make payment and will be on my promise
                              but would like to know that is this kind of customer service you
                              provide...?

                                i have raised the reissue of my credit card almost 1 & half week before and till now no staus has been updated, already sub, itted the aplication the very same day, but still now no response please kindly do need ful, to give the card before 28/10/13, as after that it would be hard for me to collect the card, .
                                tme limit provided was max-1 week.

                                  I have take dinner with 8 friends from Sindhi Sweet Chandigarh sector-17 on 23 Aug 2013 and give credit card for payment 2303 amount. They swap the card and I have received the message but slip is not print from machine. So that I have not sign the slip. They told us slip is not printed and sign by you so we will not take payment from HDFC bank. Then I have pay cash for dinner and inform to HDFC Bank Credit Card customer care with same information. Customer care representative tell us please fill the dispute form and we will revert your amount in your credit card account. I have fill dispute form on 29 Aug 2013 and HDFC Bank Credit Card received on 11 Sep 2013. And I have call to HDFC Bank Credit Card customer care multiple times, they respond me your request is in-progress always. Please do need full help. Thanks & Regards Rakesh kumar

                                      I had already availed a Personal Loan from HDFC through bankbazaar.com one year back and I want to avail a top up loan or a seperate loan again. So I applied again through bank bazaar.com. Its related person called me and taken all the details and said he will get back to me after verifying all the details. But nobody had called me back. This has happened multiple times that I applied in the site and the concern calls me, takes the details and will say that he will call me back again. but I will not get any call back again. Please take care of such issues as I had good faith in Bankbazaar.com and even I had availed my previous loans through this site only.
