I have applied for fastag on 30th nov and have not received yet. I have to travel on 20th dec'19. My application number is hfr793666. I applied because of promise of providing fastag in 7 working days however not received after 13 working days. Hence please issue it till 19th dec. Already tried to complaint at toll free number however not received good response also difficulty on contacting toll free number. That is another challenge. Overall it's useless service. I applied for HDFC FASTag online with application no. HFR986475 on[protected]. I haven't received any update regarding the same. Customer care no. Is useless. Seems fraud by the bank.
Hdfc bank's fast tag that i applied on 5th Dec by online and fastag customer id and wallet id mail received also amount debited to my account, but still the fastag not received. The toll-free number does not work most of the time and the help email id does not exist. please help

I have brought fastag by hdfc on line on date 2/12/19 my application no HFR 847437 but till now I don't receive any email or sms.sir i have tried to many times to connect to toll free costumar care no. but that is always busy. I have paid ₹500 for the same . Kindly arrange to send fastag as soon as possible.

After 7 working days also there has been no communication from HDFC and the customer care provided by the bank is not contactable.
Bank has already charged Rs 600/- and after there is no response from them.

I have applied for Fastag RFID for my car on 28.11.2019. Till date I have not received the same, so kinldy let me know when i can able to get it also your helpline number always not working, so better remove that help line number.
