I had applied to register my vehicle number on hdfc fastag on 26th Feb 2021. I was told that my vehicle will get registered within 2 working days. Since then till today that is 19th March 2021, I am calling at hdfc fastag customer care after very 2 days. Still my vehicle number is not registered on hdfc fastag. While writing this post i am on the call with customer care. They keep us on hold and dont reply soon..Pathetic experience..the executive working as customer care have no manner to talk to a clients. I am uploading the the image which shows that how long i was been kept waiting on call. The name of the executive was Nisha. As soon as i asked her from which branch is she, she disconnected the call.. very rude behaviour

I have purchased Maurti Wagon r in last year August 2019 I was given the HDFC bank fast tag by the dealer my wallet balance Rs 900 my fast tag did not work fast tag machine at toll plaza does not scan my car. I was complaints of many time but no response from hdfc my Complaint Number from is I 0184369 and I 0245772. I haven't received any single responds from them. I am very disappointed to mention you, this issue is not resolved for more than 6 month Kindly The customer care is always busy for the entire day i am not able to reach you. went to HDFC outlets no solution from any side no one know anything about this.

Dear team,
I've a fast tag of your company with Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected].
I've complaint on 8 April 2021 for low balance in my fast tag but Rs. 690 also in my fast tag wallet.
Request has been raised for completely active my fast tag Against request no. I[protected] again I've raised another request I[protected]. Over all 2 request raised by 8th April 2021 and according to your team maximum TAT for resolution is 2 working day.
For same I've called to fast tag customer service centre for check my query but request not resolved and again new complaints raised by another request no I[protected], I[protected].
In last... I've complaint for arranged a call from your senior person by complain no. I[protected] but not a single call received by any senior or junior person.
After 2 day on 12 April 2021 again call to customer care service and same wording sorry for inconvenience we'll resolved your query by tomorrow or 14th April 2021. But query not solved by 14th April almost 24 days go for 1st complain.
Again call to customer care service centre continuously on 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd April and 1 may also. still query not solved.
Who is responsible for this?
Now my Patience level is out of control.
Finally I want to request toy you kinldy proper active my fast tag if you can do by today evening. Other wise I'll close my fast tag and purchased a new for my all 3 vehicles.
If you have any query or suggestion let me know on same.
I've contacted with hdfc fastag customer care by N number of times. But they can't help always say please give 2 days we'll sort out your problem.
