I am not receiving otp from the very first day of opening nri account with hdfc, i cant login. I cant add beneficiary. Its useless so far. I have raised multiple complaints. However no one picks call special the officer. Customer case case opened are of no help. Looking to get this resolved.in poland cell phones are 9 digit and i am not receiving any otp.

I have applied for fast tag with application number hfr014691. After so much of follow ups and emails i received an sms as fast tag is issued and activated. After that there is no update from hdfc, sent 3 emails to hdfc. Fastag@sahaj.co.in no response. Tried reaching to customer care nobody picks the call.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon and my rf id will be sent to me via courier. Please do let me know if i have to...

I have tried thrice to open a salary account in hdfc bank. Once, through my company where the form got returned (Not rejected) with no apparent reason. I myself went to the hdfc branch of sanand. After completing proper documentation at sillod branch, maharashtra, it took 90 whole days just to activate my savings a/c! To add to the menace, although intetnet banking is properly activated, i can't do a damn transaction online, (Like transferring the funds).. As if this wasn't enough, they're taking forever to activate my demat a/c. And i'm left wondering which bank takes this long to give basic services like activating a goddamned functioning...

I'm surprised to see the hdfc fastag customer care is just not reachable even after giving numerous try. I have also contacted a media person to highlight this in news, as govt. At one side encourages the use of fastag and the other side hdfc is providing a worst service on this regard.

I had applied fastag through hdfc bank and i got the tag but did not receive any welcome emailer with details of the fastag even after a month....
