[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not delivered

Hdfc bank employees contacted me for fastag. I've followed their instructions and brought a fastag. My reference number for fastag application hfr299675. I've paid 600/- online payment and documentation were submitted 26th oct and it has been over 25 days. I've not received my fastag.

I have tried reaching out to the customer care number and dropped an email many times. Haven't received any response.

I request bank authorities to work on this issue at earliest and live up to there promises of delivering the product on time.

Please note that your Tag has been dispatched to your mailing address on 1.11.19 vide Blue Dart AWB Number: [protected] however same was returned undelivered. Kindly re-confirm your correct and complete mailing address by emailing our Fastag Team at fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com
