HDFC Fastag team. Services by other legal entities of HDFC such as
HDFC Securities, HDFC Mutual find,
HDFC Bank are very reliable. But you can't go by brand in India. One product or service is not become reliable just because the other services and products are good. Every product and services are to be evaluated separately. Strongly not recommending the
Fastag service of the HDFC brand. The
Fastag services by
ICICI,
PAYTM may be more reliable (no first hand experiences - others who are availing their services may comment).

HDFC Bank customer assistance and as such they no mail I'd for complains as Mrs Madhuri of fast tag team.Mr manoj reply to my compalin is reproduced hereunder.

Updated by Sundaram Rangasamy For our complaint again she promised to call bank on the status and as usual they forgot conveniently. Then afterwards we could not get the number. And further the same robotic answer " I am raising an issue and the same will be rectified in two working days". Still hoping for some humanely response from
HDFC Fastag team.
