I have opened an account while my job in wipro. One executive asked me to open hdfc salaried account. As i was having my salary account in sbi, i told that i won't change my salary account but i[censored] still want i can take this account. He gave me and told there is no charges to keep. U can keep multiple accounts. Some days i used it and then i stopped using that account. After one or two years i deposited some amount in that account that got debited immediately. I complained to bank and bank told that it is amb amount that is for keeping the amount minimum in the bank. I said i was not aware and i sent a mail to bank to close the account. Bank revert me saying that on mail account can not be closed. I have to fill one attached form and deposit in bank but there was no form enclosed. I waited for some days but later on i went my hometown because of my father's immediate death. That time i was using one hdfc credit card. Somehow i came in debts after my father and for some days i was not able to clear my card. Then after 2-3 years, i got a call from hdfc saying that they are offering waivers where i can clear my credit card by paying some less amount around 32k. I said okay for the same. That executive name was sunil. I paid the amount and he promised that my cibil will be fine and i am eligible for loan and credit cards in future. He asked me to collect the clearance letter from bank which my fiance reaceived from naini banch. Now i tried to open one account in hdfc because of my new job. I got to know that my account is still active not dormant and some 59k i have to pay. I went to bank they said that it is credit card amount. I told them that i have celared the credit card as per clearance letter that i received. Later they told that it is amb and they told that your account is in dormant. I said if it is dormant how come charges are applicable on my account. No one is helping me. They have put dpd for late payments. My cibil is good but i am not able to apply loan. I don't have my parents. I am begging these bank ppl to help me. No one is supporting. Kindly help. I need to apply loan fory family emergency. Was this information helpful? | |||
