[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out due to technical reasons

I initiated a transfer of 15000 on 30th of october 2019. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been t+1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

Update: your money transfer of inr 15, 000.00 on 30-10-19 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call xxxxxxxxxxxx.

I am facing issue with money transfer, when I am transferring money from my NRE Account to local bank account the amount didn't credited from my account and the message on my mobile is like your money transfer of INR xxxx on 02-12-20 tined out due to technical reason (IMPS Ref xxxxxxx) so please advise me or help me out this situation
I initiated a payment of 100 Rs. on 25 March 2021 through the hdfc mobile app, I then received this message, "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 100.00 on 25-03-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxxx). Not you? Call xxxxxxxxxxx"
HDFC Bank, please look into this problem.

UPDATE: The amount was credited back to my account on the same date, about an hour after the payment was made.
I initiated a payment of 90000Rs. on 01 April 2021 through the hdfc netbanking, I then received this message, "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 90000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxxx). Not you? Call xxxxxxxxxxx"

I initiated a payment of RS 30, 000.00 on 1st April-2021 thru HDFC netbanking thru IMPS mode. Then I have received below message, even funds not yet reversed my account or credited to beneficiary account. Please check & confirm on priority.

Kindly let me know when my money get back to my account or beneficiary credited the same.

Hdfc bank- Please look into this on priority.
The same thing happened with me.
I initiated a payment of RS 10000 And 9200 on 1st April-2021 thru HDFC netbanking at IMPS mode. Then I have received the message as the amount is debited and after 1.5 hrs I have received below message, even funds not yet reversed my account or credited to beneficiary account. Please check & confirm on priority.

No...I have checked just now still not. Today was bank holiday. So will connect with hdfc tomorrow.

The beneficiary is credited today
I initiated a payment of Rs 7000 on 01 April 2021 through the hdfc netbanking, I then received this message, "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 90000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxxx). Not you? Call xxxxxxxxxxx"

Correction in amount
I initiated a payment of Rs 7000 on 01 April 2021 through the hdfc netbanking, I then received this message, "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 7000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxxx). Not you? Call xxxxxxxxxxx"

I read the messages from other people as well who faced the same issue in the past they struggle a lot to get back their money I hope this should not happen this time.

I read the messages from other people as well who faced the same issue in the past they struggle a lot to get back their money I hope this should not happen this time.
I also initiated 1000 rs imps fund transfer on 1st April 2021 to my axis bank, amount debited but not credited to other bank. After few hrs I received sms stating the transaction which I initiated are times out due to technical reason. Amount not credited back yet. Please look in to this as soon as possible as everyone one faced this kind of issues it seems. Attached the sms with reference number.

Please credit my amount back.

Not even credited to beneficiary account but deducted from my account.

I did two transation of ₹5000/- each for both transaction amount deducted buy not credited to the beneficiary account.
Message received from hdfc bank is as below for both transactions,
UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 5, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No.xxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].
And no given in sms is not atall ringing only busy tone.
HDFC bank look into it immediately.
Hello sir! Today I transferred 2000 INR but still the amount not credited to my beneficiary. Same time the amount debited from account. Below massage I received. Please credit my amount to my account. Thanks!

I initiated a transfer of 20000 on 1st of september 2021. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been 1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message
