[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out due to technical reasons

Address: Domlur, Bangalore, Karnataka

I initiated a transfer of 15000 on 30th of october 2019. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been t+1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

Update: your money transfer of inr 15, 000.00 on 30-10-19 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call xxxxxxxxxxxx.

I have maid online trasnactoon of 300000 to other back account but transaction got times out, iand the amount debited from my account but the recipent didn't recived, it has been 15 hour still it didn't returned to my account, can you please let me know when the issue will be fixed?
I initiated a transfer of 3lask 10dec 2022 T 9pm. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been 1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

I got below message
Failed: Your money transfer of INR 3, 38, 000.00 on 10-12-22 timed out. (HDFC Bank IMPS Ref xxxxxxxxx). Not you? Call [protected].
Please help any one as a priority
