I have taken Rs.13 lakhs from HDFC Ltd as housing loan & prepaid it. But the insurance part for which I have paid a one time premiumof Rs45000/ had to be reassigned to my spouse name. Even after severe followup there is no positive response from HDFC ltd or HDFC insurance

I DO FULLY AGREE FOR I AM AT THE RECEIVING END ON ACCOUNT OF LAPSE FROM HDFC-SLIC. VERY SLICK OPERATORS. THE POINT IS OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS IN THEIR HANDS

    Hi All,
    This is another note on HDFC bank issues. I was upgrated and issued a GOLD Debit Card from HDFC showing me certain benefits that i would earn. Good part is I did not receive the debit Card pin for the past 1.5 month. The Original pin gets posted through the ordinary post and you know how the postal service works. Later point i went to my Home town(vijayawada) branch and raised a Duplicate request for the debit card pin. The branch tells me that on high priority basis the pin would be delivered in 3-4 working days. After 4-5 working days i visiting the branch and they say we need to look at the status. Since i had to return back to bangalore I said please courier me the Duplicate pin. later when talking to the phone banker, he tells me that there is not request placed against my account for a duplicate pin. Later i went ahead and requested the phone banker to raise a request for duplicate pin. till not it is fine thinking the issue is resolved. after 7 days i call back the phone banker and he tells me that the debit pin was send to Panckula, sector 8 branch , delhi whereas my account is with the Bangalore. now the guys are finding out where the pin got dispatched to for the past 2 days.
    Bottom line i am without a Debit card and cannot access the ATM and withdraw money from ATM for the past 1 month and on top of it I am also exhausted my cheque leaves.
    Even the Cheque book request was raised 1oth of jan and till date is has not reached me.

    I have an Acount in HDFC bank having account no.[protected], I applied for new ATM card in lucknow hazratganz branch on dated 04.01.08 ( As my earlier ATM card damaged). But I got my ATM card after 20 days i.e appx 24.01.08 after regualr follow up with Cus. care no. 4003333,

    But I didnt get PIN no. of the ATM card till yet !! Tthe service of HDFC Bank can be so poor , I didnt expect this one.

    I am suffering alot without PIN No. Now i decided to withdraw my salaried account from HDFC bank ,

    Pls do the needful !!

    Debit card — to know duplicate pin

    dear sir,
    i forgot my debit card pin no. plz tell me is there any procedure to know duplicate pin .

    HDFC Bank — Debit PIN Not Delivered for the last 1.5 month

    Dear Sir,

    I would like log a complaint against the HDFC BANK about there operations, recently i have requested for update of my old blue debit card to gold debit card, during the june month, but it now i'm unable to get debit pin number where i requested in Kharghar Brach for the same to get my debit number in July 11th, where as have taken a fresh request on 11th june at kahrghar branch but of no repsonse from the kharghar branch amount for PIN request was debited from account, but till now iam not to get the debit pin.

    Again, on 10 aug i have given seperate request on phone banking for generation of PIN number to deliver it at my residential address, but they send it at my home branch.

    Iam fustrated with the poor services of the HDFC bank.

    Please do help me.

    I have opened a new account on the 20th of sept along with my daughters name included in lalpur branch in ranchi jharkhand and was promised that by the end of the week the new account no.will be given by the so called responsible and a reputed bank but to my surprise i found out that my daughter's name did not match with the pan card name and very casually was told by the manager to write an application by my daughter as if it was her fault of the mismatch of the pan card name and the site of the branch concerned.I also have my salary account in the concerned branch with the account no.[protected] but till today i have been promised with the new account but still no hope.It is quite surprising that a bank which puts a tag on itself as one of the most reputed bank with a caption ''WE UNDERSTAND YOUR WORLD''which is laughable because customers are fooled to believe in a system mismanaged by officers who themselves do not know to define the rules to the customers and we are the worst sufferers.I would be obliged if the matter is considered for immediate action.

    HDFC Bank — not getting pin

    I have received my credite card at the same day i have given request for pin. Already 15 days over.But still i didnt got any msg from the bank

      I have a due amount which i am facing difficult to pay due to finnacial problem tried to send email to Bank to waive off Interest and will pay rest amount in 4 or 5 installments but did not got any reply,if anybody please help me out by giving some top executive in HDFC so that i can request them to help me out

      Credit Card — waive interest

      I am a regular customer of your bank.my credit card no is [protected].since i did not recieved my dec statement, i paid total outstanting 86000/-.instead of 86231.yherefore i was charges intrest of about 6000/- in my jan statement.

      i request u since i did not recieved statement i could not get the actual figure.please waive interest considering the previous record.

        Dear Customers,
        this is to warn against the ineffecient working of HDFC Branch ( First India Place , M.G Road , Gurgaon).
        I applied for a housing loan with HDFC in the month of August'07 , for this i got confirmation of loan approval on Sep 13 ( File no[protected]/NK 50), a loan disbursal plan was also provided to me.
        But even to this date HDFC has not been able to Disburse the loan of the grounds of some missing documents with the builder ( its almost more than 5 months ) since the loan is not disbursed hence my EMI could not start and hence i cannot avail the Tax benefit under Income tax laws.
        I had written several mails to the concerned authorities but they have failed to provide any specific dates to me.I have been only telephonic confirmation on loan approvals from staff working with HDFC banks , but nothing has happened so far.
        I had to leave for overseas posting with my family and will not be available for one year so due to this problem i am facing mental harassement as i dont know the exact status of Home loan besides the financal loss i had to incur becuase i could not produce the documents on Home loan payments.
        I have spoken to all authorities but they are not giving me any dates so my entire investment is in jeoprady and i have nowhere to go , i am sharing this experience to let other customers know to what extent HDFC bank can go to Harass their customers mentally and incure them financial losses for which they are not taking responsibility.
        It is thereby requested to avoid using the services from HDFC Bank Home loans specially the India Palace , M.G Road , Gurgaon Branch, which is highly incompetent in terms of customer services.

        Sloppiest Home loan services

        Sir,

        ya this is right.. and the reason is ..companies HR policies...
        they pick the students from any business schools... the person who is a student can not understand the problem of customers...
        the Hr believs in degrees not in experience... I am also a bank employee.. i can understand the situation of yours coz i m having 8 years of experience to facing customers...
        i m a team leader of client services in a reputed bank... i received too many complaints that this girl / this guy is not doing proper work.. i always see that they busy in their mobile or somewhere else... so they can't do...
        I always request to Hr to get the employee who is having a passion for work ... don't believe in degrees believe in experience... once i scolded to the reliance customer services executive... i said you are not spoiling yr name you r spoiling yr company name to for whom u r representing...

          Dear Sir,

          I am holding HDFC card no. [protected] and requested to stop smart pay for ICICI prudential policy no. 01931982. In this regard please find attached letter dt 17/06/08 which I have faxed on[protected] and[protected]Ref attached fax confirmatiom).

          On 21/09/08, I have received sms that you have received bill of Rs. 18000/- for payment.
          I have contacted your executive Mr. Vasant ( Complaint no. [protected])on 22/09/08 and he has also confirmed that my smart pay facility has already cancelled) Once again I have requested him to not to pay the premium and he also assured that payment will not be done but on 26/09/08 I have received sms that you have paid my premium.

          Now the problem is that I don't have money to pay this amount and sent you fax to cancell the smart pay. Because of no money I was not willing to pay premium.
          Please suggest me, how resolve this issue.

            HDFC Home Loan - Andheri - at Leela Gallery (Leela Hotel).
            This is regarding home loan applied with HDFC. Female called as REshma sitting at front counter to accept application for Home Loan is pathetic and doesnt have any knowledge on Real eastate. She is not ready take my papers forward, doesnt even want to put that up to technical dept (advocate, lawyer) to have a check on property. I need her seniors number so that i can take my case forward on my own.

              HDFC Standard Life Insurance has taken out Rs.4000 from my ICICI account even after my policy was cancelled

              Its been days taht they have not yet bothered to return it back to my account

              We have not received the Policy of the same, nor the Frst Premium Receipt.

              It is submitted that despite repeated telephonic contacts with the customer care my grievance has not been resolved.

                I had a credit card with HDFC and I have used it only once ( Nov 2003 ) as per my Knowledge. The amount is 300+ . Its linked to my saving account and the payment should be automatically made. My savings account at that time has sufficient funds.

                After 5 years they are now calling me and says I have to pay Rs 2000 and I have used my credit card for with drawing cash. ( Which I didn't do as per my knowledge ).

                When I ask them to give complete details about the transactions etc, they are not ready to give. I told them if I can get full details then I can verify and then make the payment if there is a mistake from my side.

                But the guy who call me , doesn't give proper details and asks to make payment and when I request more details he talks all nonsense. His tell his name as Nandu and he is calling from[protected]

                Now a days he is abusing in the phone as well. This disturbs me a lot and upsets and is spoiling my mood. The call comes at different times disturbing my office work etc.

                I need some advise as how to go about this issue. Please do the needful help.

                From last three month i had not recieved any bill. i called them many times on 25864332 but it was showing that phone doesnot exist or i was disconnected. At last (before one month)contact them ,they told that they will send bill statement on my mail but not yet done . Yesterday they send me bill on my home address
                with 350/- rupees due amt + (12.5 % serviece tax)
                But they told me that thay wont apply any due on me as this was there mistake.
                So will not pay any due amt . I tried to call them but no use.
                So please give me any other comm medium to talk with u.

                HDFC, known for its notorious agencies who recruit goons and for its pathetic unsympathetic, anguished customer care support. It took 2 years to even close my card.
                HDFC was my first card which was offered by my recruiting company (may be they had a tieup with the bank) 5 years ago. Had only made a purchase of 7K in a year and was paying up the credit by 1500 rupeer per month and even after a year my due was Rs1500, everytime I call customer care they had a reason to explain. I finally cleared all the amount and decided to keep the card and never use it. After few months someone from the bank called up to verify my address details, further, they came to note my Electricity bill number and wanted a bill copy (which my mom gave thinking it was something important) it was late that I realised I was trapped and they were paying my electricity bills and were billing it on my credit card with 17% interest and other regular famous charges. 2 months passed, the BESCOM official came and cut powersupply stating the bill was never paid. I raised this issue with customer care who were hopeless asked me to contact the bank and give another copy of the bill paid. I paid the electicity bill, showed the copy to customer care, gave a letter to cancel the damn ECS in which I was tricked by a telecaller who wanted to achieve his target. they said it will be cancelled, mind you my bill was only 700Rupees then, month after month I got statements in my email telling my bescom bill is 750 for the month of april, may, june etc., respectively. after 15 months I recieve a call from HDFC super famous agency full of goons threatenin to take my life or pay 15000 money! RIDICULOUS, I went to police station, the money became 5000 rupees. caught the sicko frantic agent who was bugging me n my family with life threatening calls and finally made a settlement to pay off 5000 and close the card. After which the story still continued and I regret to say its still on! I broke the card to pieces and made another payment I've still not heard of anything from them. I own a SBI gold, Citi Gold, AMEX and a titanium card from ABN Amro and have never had any problems for the past 4 years. HDFC is the world's worst bank, MANAGEMENT IS NOT AWARE OF WHATS HAPPENING DOWN THE LINE and ARE NOT BOTHERED> REQUEST ALL YOU CONSUMERS TO RETURN THE CARDS AND CLOSE ACCOUNT WITH HDFC. I HAVE DONE SO WITHIN MY ORGANISATION AND HAVE MADE ATLEAST 300 CUSOTMERS CLOSETHE ACCOUNT. MY PURSUIT CONTINUES, I WILL BE HDFCs WORST NIGHTMARE, THIS TIME I GOT LAWYERS SUPPORTING AND I KNOW THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO CATCH WHEN REQUIRED HIGHLIGHT THE RIGHT LAW POINT.

                I was a holder of HDFC credit card, but I lost my card hence blocked the same. also apply for the new card but still I didn't get card and now HDFC sends monthy bill since last 2 months.

                I wish to state that 5 years back, without my asking an SBI card was received in our house, and after 2 years, on telephonic talk with their toll free number was told that my SBI card was cancelled and there is no due from me and in future there will be no bill sent to be.

                I made all the payments in due dates and stoped the uses the credit card service .I reurned back the credit cards ; they did not send any statement or letter regarding due amount .After two and half years , they started telephone call and asking the dues amount ; the amount is generated by them like late fees , service charges etc. asking to made the payment of Rs.10000.00 approx. They also told that they can reduce the amount on request .

                HDFC credit department has most of low category staffs who don't understand simple english,
                They have come up with new method of recovering interest dues through the accounts itself without asking for permission of their customers.

                Initally they call you several times on pretext of offering you a credit card, once you applied and got the credit the credit card then you are their prey,

                They will call you again offering handloan based on your credit card but they will never tell you hidden facts that the handloan will be from your credit card itself.

                And again if you opt for the handloan the amount will be given to you from your credit card limitation itself
                (suppose you have limitation of 1.5lakhs they will give you handloan of Rs 50, 000/- deducting from your credit card where your limitaion will become 1lakh only)and you will end up paying interest for your credit card and as well as your handloan
                and very soon you will end up in depression the way they behave with you over the phone they use all abusive languages and threaten you and send you threatening messages.

                If you have availed an credit card with a limitation of 1.5 lakhs you will end up paying the double.
                And another thing is that they wantingly bounce your cheque and deduct Rs300 stating that signature mismatch or some stupid reason.

                Please be careful with HDFC Credit card department as they ruin your life just for nothing because I have been one among innocent HDFC customer without a job now and under high stress,

                  I am an A/c holder(A/C No. of HDFC Bank, R. T. Nagar.

                  I made a money transaction through ICCI ATM centre, Kottayam, using HDFC Debit Card, on 17th Oct. 2007. I withdrawed Rs. 5000/-.Since the system got stucked, the cash not dispensed in the ATM but I was billed for the amount. As HDFC customer care says, I filed a complaint to the nearest HDFC Bank,that is, Kottayam Branch, in ten minutes time.

                  After that, I provided the card holder dispute form and all the details several times to all concerned people. But even after three months, I didn’t receive my money back, even though ICICI Bank claimed the money back.The charge back section of debit card disputes has not even replied to my mails also.

                  I have emailed to the Global Credit Union located in Spokane Wa, on behalf of my account being over drawn by a transaction I simply did not authorize. One response implies that I cannot be reimbursed for charges the bank had no fault in Lou of them charges. I hop you would look into this action taken and respectfully, and cordially return the charges into my account. Now, I have contacted the FWM company also conveying my concerns on there actions too! I feel that the company had wrongfully accessed my account, FWM here's the REF:cancellation # 211698 and Gracen was the representative for this company that I also filed complaint with...I at time of placeing this order had to give them a credit card number for shipping and handling ONLY. The form I filled out online said if i like the product and after the 30-days, should they not hear from me for cancellation, that they would just regularly said me a bill through the mail. No where did I authorize this company to access my account for a monthly payment, PERIOD...This all had occurred within two to three week time frame, and besides I did not get the product until later than 7-days or so...Anyhow, the major problem is the very fact that because the company, unauthorized, accessed my account and my bank holder allowed this transaction to go through, now, and charged me two charges for this.
                  I do find this difficult too especially when I actially needed my bank to use the overdraft limit of $1000.00 to pay something I actually needed to have paid, DENIED the transaction, and almost causing the committment between me and this company in a negative situation...Now, having said this last part truly has nothing to do with reimbursement, but has something to do with how I now have concerns for my bank and there ability to protect my money, not create circumstances to put me in the hole and take my money from me...This has happened to many times and it again really concerns me...Please help me out and respond immediatly with the charges returned to my account

                    It is hard to believe that a reputed company like HDFC SL will cheat customers so blatantly. It is true that commissions are exorbitant and in return no services, I mean NO services are offered and the commissions swallowed by the so called benami " financial advisors".They share it with HDFCSL employees. It is true that they sell policies after misleading you that it is all a good investment, better than stocks and mutual funds when it is not so. They do not respond to customer complaints and confuse the issues deliberately. All in all, HDFCSL is a major scandal. I am a victim and can give all details. I tried to explain it to HDFC SL but they have given no satisfactory answer and they resorted to outright lying by saying they could not contact me over the phone. It is time IRDA and SEBI expose all this threadbare and offer relief to the beleagured customers. I am willing to cooperate with any one.

                      MY Name is Stephan and I have a home loan with HDFC(MA/1621340).. I am planning to go for another home loan worth 50L with HDFC, so I need to preclose my existing loan(11L). I managed to payout that 11L from my savings. I have given a cheque on 15Dec2007 and cheque got realised to HDFC on 20th Dec2007. My loan account got closed.. But till now I have not got my papers back. I have already made almost 20 calls. nothing is resolved, atlast I got in touch with Mahesh(HDFC-Annasalai-chennai)email id : [protected]@hdfc.com. Now he is asking for the proof of my payment. I do not understand what is the logic of proof, if money got credited to HDFC account and my loan is closed, I do not understand why that person is asking for proof.

                      I am now thinking whether I should go to HDFC for my second loan... HDFC SHOWS GOOD SERVICE WHILE TAKING LOAN BUT IF YOU WANT TO PRECLOSE IT, THEN IT IS A BIG PAIN WITH THEM. Some body help me in this one...

                        I Nirmal Choudhary, Age 27 Yrs, residing at D-5, 212, Gorai-2 Borivali (W), Mumbai -92 since last 1 year. I have credit card account with HDFC Bank (Credit Card No. [protected]) in Andheri Branch – Mumbai.

                        I got credit card bill amount Rs. 43643 on date 16th Dec. 07 (Due date will be 11th Jan 08). I drop a cheque amount Rs 43643 on date 2nd of Jan 08 to HDFC Bank in Aurangabad Branch and this cheque not cleared till date i.e. 10/01/08 . I am constantly following HDFC Bank Andheri branch regarding my cheque clearance but they are not able to give me any sufficient reason for delaying in my cheque clearance.

                        On date 09/01/08 I got call from Credit Card Customer care & they informed me that my credit card bill amount increased from Rs 43643 to Rs 44370 due to delay in payment.

                        I request you to please have a look on above issue and take strict action against the concerned person

                        I also request to HDFC Bank to deduct the extra amount that is Rs 674.56 (Rs 43643 - Rs44370) charges on me due to delay in Payment because this delay occur only because of HDFC Bank.

But still My availability limit shows 15, 000. I want to Know the Exact Credit available Limit of my Card. Customer Care Executives will not give proper information about this.

                        I have done a shopping of 7300Rs on 20th Aug09 using HDFC Credit Card..so as per HDFC bank rule i should get 45 days for my payment..and even after 45 days i dnt pay the amount then bank can charge late fees from customer...
                        Now in my case i have shopping on 20th Aug and bank is sending me statement on 22ndOct and that too with a late fees of around 1300Rs (i.e 650x2 months)..And after a day or two after recieving a statement i got a call from lady named Shweta.Kadam from andheri branch([protected]) saying that she is from creditcard dept and sending a person for collection of 400Rs on urgent basis..i paid that 400/- on same day to that guy and plus 8000 after that in bank...I explained whole matter to her..and she said their is some mistake from bank and she has sent the request to her head office in chennai about the difference of 1300/-...
                        i am not getting that my 45 days period has still not over then also bank is charging me with the late fees.. and customer is not getting enough support from customer service...and this lady shweta kadam is too fooling for last two weeks now... i am not getting exactly where to go and whom to complaint to get my 1300Rs...

                        ds iz siraj here,m very much unhappy regarding u r bank service.m a fd account holder 4m last 10 months.where i get a credit card on base of my fd accont.whene ever we visited to residency branch in bangalore,we have to wait for more then a hour to contact a counter executive.so becouse of ds resone i surrenderd my credit card and request for cancel a card 0n 4th of feb 2010 with writen letter and executive replies it will take 14 working days to cancel.after few days, that iz on 22nd feb i again visited the same branch.after long hour of waiting
                        i got the result from executive dt u have to come on 11th of march bcs still a credit card nt yet cancel till dt date u can;t withdraw a fd accont.y dt much sober

                        In this regard I further inform you that due to death of my nearest relatives I had been to my native place where I got a call on my cell from one SMT.MINAL YADAV, from your chandivali branch Mumbai from her mobile no.[protected] and[protected] who allegedly told me that my address given for obtaining the said credit card is false and she was talking very rudely and in inhuman manner, she was unnecessarily interfering with my personal and family matter as well as my religion without any reason. She uttered me that I have no office or any house and I have obtained this card with the intention of cheating the bank. I am very frustrated with kind of service that you provide to the customers.

                        In this connection I would like to inform you that I am having this office since the year 1971 and that also in a reputed area in Mumbai. Besides this I am genuine businessman and I am holding number of credit cards from many other banks. She has purposely tried to blame me and my family thought I have no relation with her.

                        Due to above reason I am very much depressed and harassed by your above bank employee and anything happens to me then your bank shall liable and responsible for such act, because I am a heart patient. So before anything goes wrong in further to take immediate actions against her so that in future she will not dare to do such act again with any other customer, if you don’t take any actions against her I will escalate this matter at the top level of your company otherwise I may think to keep a relation with your bank or not?

                        Your early actions in the matter shall be highly appreciated.

                        But last from 4 months i could not meet to pay my outstanding amounts in times due i am
                        not have job at present due to my health problem. The same informed to your people who are
                        called me regularly.
                        As I feeling very bad condition in my financial position (at least not paying house rents also in time)
                        I requested to you kindly give me 3 to 4 months time to clear my outstanding amount completely.

                        If you are consider my case, it will help to getting recovery from mentally and fiscally as early.

                        Your people regularly dist rubbing even though taking medical check, insisting rudely at my house

                          Dear Sir

                          I am a holder of saving bank account in HDFC Bank ltd and I hold a credit card of the same bank. Without any intimation or information to me, bank transferred my saving bank money to credit card outstanding, which was kept for my monthly installments of loans. Even the credit card people are harrasing me for non making payment of my outstanding which is more than my expenses amount after making payments of all my expenses dues.
                          I have talked to credit card people several times even visited to their office at chandivali but not a single person was ready to meet me.
                          Now the bank is not responding properly and credit card department is writing mails to me regarding the hidden policies of bank regarding credit card payments.

                          You can approach DISHA to sort out your payment situation with the bank. DISHA is a NGO floated by the banks and they talk to the banks on your behalf if you have a genuine pay back problem and the banks typically give you an EMI plan to sort out the situation:

                          I am also facing the same type of problem with the said bank . am a holder of saving bank account in HDFC Bank ltd and I hold a credit card of the same bank.                           As I have settled this my car payment with them on phone, and as per their advise i paid the half of my dues ason date march .2008 and was suppose to pay the balance 50% of the dues to clear all my dues in April 2008 after receiving the full and final setlement letter per mail as advise by the credit card staff named Sahil . Ever since i did my firsty payment have talked to credit card people several times even visited to their office at Rajauri garden but not a single person was ready to meet me and even told me that ther is no such person by the Name of Sahil . Hence i failed to pay the Balance amount and now again HDFC has held my saving banl account where my monthly salary is credited.

                          Now the bank is not responding properly and credit card department is only trying to pass on with the 15 days of the said time tranfer all my salary amount to the Credit card payment .

                          I am really in a bad state of mind and really do not know what to do, as all my efforts talking to HDFC Credit card and SAving bank people is of no help .

                              Hi,

                              My name is paresh i am using HDFC credit card from last 3 years and got relocated to Chennai.. i called up customer service to change my address on couple of occasions but they did'nt. I called up them again in the month of Sept'07 regarding my payment that i have no access to my statements since its on my orignial address and i dont know how much i have to pay again they didnt changed my address and my charges keep on pilling up for almost more than a yrs now. In the month of Oct'07 one of the recovery agent from HDFC bank went to my jaipur adress thats the orignial address on a/c and abused my Mother. He ,iterally abused her and used really unprofessional language and treat her to pay otherwise they kill her. As my monther is window and she is satying alone there she was afraid and was in shock. She is sufering from BP and due to all these stress she has to hospitalised fro 2 days. I called up HDFC dept and had word with there call center head Mr. Tejendra Zutsi regarding the same and since than nothing is happening form banks end and even till noe recovery people come to my place and at time they talk to mother mother in same tone. if this is the same behaviour they continue. Please help me with this.
                              How can i make payment till the time i dont have access to my statements? And after requesting couple of times for address change they are not ready to change it...

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              The complainant is account holder of Account No.[protected] maintained with H.D.F.C. Bank Ltd. Branch Gujranwala Town, New Delhi.

                              The complainant has been duped of Rs.35, 000/- by the representative namely Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kushwaha, Employee Code No.CS-14706 of the above said bank who had opened the said bank account and was pursuing for credit card/loan for the complainant and in that process misused a cheque of the complainant fraudulently.

                              The said person forged the signature of the complainant and withdrew Rs.35, 000/- vide cheque No.0474559 dated[protected] by issuing the cheque in favour of Mr. Lalan. The complainant has nothing to do with the said transaction and/or with Mr. Lalan.

                              The complainant had already lodged complaint in this regard with police on[protected]. The complainant has also lodged the protest with the aforesaid bank. But no amount has been recovered in favour of the complainant.

                              Therefore the complainant request and authorized you to take up the issue with the said bank and get recovered the said amount of Rs.35, 000/- in favour of the complainant.

                                my acct. no.[protected] at paradise branch code no[protected]:223174 my previous employer walsons from delhi had stopped payment during the month of sept/oct 2005 for the amount of Rs 3100/- or so. They, walsons is not persuing the case and are not the least bit bothered. I lost my wages of Rs 36000/- and now I have to run in circles to get the small amount of Rs 3100/- released. What do I do ? The bank will say get a NOC from walsons which will never happen , next step , the amount in dispute stays on as a ledger balance forever in my account ? Who benefits from this issue ? The bank of course.The fact is that the money is there in my account- Ledger Balance and will remain there till such time some executive reaches out to help this guy , with no loss to the bank nor to himself , just being Good and Just in his job of responsibility.                                 i applied for HDFC credit card, and normally with other banks, once the verification is over i vl get a refernce number through sms, but i never recieved any info from hdfc bank,So i called csutomer support to learn about this ,and they asked my mobile number and finally i got a reply ."its in the fianl stage of process... ,i[censored]r appliaction is approved ,u will get the card within 4 to 5 days", anyway after a weak i again gave a call to customer support,"i got the same relply"...So wats hapenning? i dont have a proper way even to check my application status.. iam worried to bank with these guys..iam not worried abt the status of the application , iam worried abt my documents which i produced to the agent..Dont have any option to check the application status online?

                                  I had HDFC Credit Card between[protected]. My last transaction on the card, is payment of Rs 25000, probably sometime in Sept 2005. After which I havent made any purchases nor payments, so I was not receiving any statement. But after a few months after Sept 2005, I started receiving statement which contained only "Late payment fees" and "service charges". I called up HDFC customer care and asked for details on the late payment fees many times, but they coudnt give any details because my card was blocked. So I didnt make any payment. A couple of times some recovery agents called me asking for payment and my response was that if I get my statement, I shall make payment whatever I am liable for. Then everything stoped no phone calls from agents and neiter any statement from bank.
                                  But now again, after more than 18months, I being hounded by recovery agents for some small settelment amount. I am not willing to pay any amount unless I get my statement.
                                  Can I use "Right to information" (RTI) act against this bank to get my statement? Anybody who have used RTI act, please respond.

                                    my account No.[protected] branch code[protected] : 223174:10 Secunderabad, paradise branch, andhra pradesh
                                    In the month of sept/oct 2005 my previous employer walsons security, failed to make my settlement & requested me to issue a letter so that the amount deposited in my account i.e. Rs 3100(or so) could be retrived by them, to which I refused,my settlement was never made by walsons which was 36,000/- & the said amount remains in my account since then. What do I do now, please do not ask me to get a letter from them-walsons. Is there a time frame ? The cash has been there for to long on the ledger balance !

                                      I have a salary account in hdfc bank in U N BRAHMACHARI BRANCH ,KOLKATA. I used to have a credit card of HDFC bank (no links with my saving accounts) which i have surrendered due to billing dispute by them four months before by paying all the dues acxept the amount which was wrongly charged by them.
                                      actually i had booked one home theater costing Rs6000/through HDFC SHOPPING over phone ,but as of now i havent recieved any product nor any written communication about that product but suddenly they started charging the EMI OF rs 1000/. i called the credit card department they said this will not happen in next billing and asked me to pay the rest amount ,i did the same . but again the same thing happened then i have written mail to them asking for the details if they have given me such product . but they didnt do so and started harrasing me o ver phone . i got mentally rustrated and then stopped credit card.
                                      but i continued to have mine saving account with HDFC bank.
                                      now yesterday the bank has debited 11,026/ from my saving account to the credit card department internally.
                                      i really got upset . i went today to my hdfc bank to meet branch manager there , she refused to talk to me and ask me to talk to credit card section in other place .
                                      I am really upset and in dilema about this .please advice.

                                      mera naam arvind nath purohit hai or maine hdfc bank se silver credit card liya tha jis mai mujhe 15, 000=00 rs ki limit dee gayee thi jisko ki maine loan ke liye kaam mai liya or mujhe ye loan 24 month mai jama karna tha. meri 900 pm instalment huee jo ki mai lagatar jama karwa raha tha ho sakta hai ki 1ya 2 month mai jama nahi karwa paya is ke baad inhone kabhi 1800 rs to kabhi 2900 rs kabhi 3909 rs is tarah ki instalment ke letter bhejne start kar diye or ki bhi help line wale se baat karo to bolte hai ki late fee 500 rs hai cheq bounce hua hai uske 500 rs hai or ye rs ham aapke account mai se recover kar lete hai or cheq bounce bata kar per month 2600 se kam ki instalment ka letter nahi de rahe hai jab ham puchchte hai ki itni rs ki instalment kaise ho gayee to court ki dhamki dete hai mera bhai jisko poliyo hai usne bhi is se credit card se loan liya tha usne bhi ek baar 2000 or ek baar direct 6000 fir ek baar 750 rs ek baar 900 ka payment kiya hai uska abhi due balance 15000+1892 rs due bata rakha hai to aakhir ye itna rupee gaye kaha aisa konsa loan hota hai jis mai 15000 to balance hi rahe or baki sab rs interest mai cut kar liye jaye mai aapko ham dono bhaiyo ke credit card no. bhej raha hoo please aap is matter ko solve kare nahi to ham dono ko bahut loss ho raha hai. ab ye pata lag gaya hai ki is bank ka itna profit kaise bad raha hai.

                                      HDFC Bank — Wrongly Rs.15000 is Debited from Savings A/c

                                      Hi,

                                      On 28th Nov 2008, Rs.15000 has been debited from my HDFC savings account in favour of "HOLD FUND RELEASED LAN # 2673985". I dont know what is this Loan Account Number and i dont who's this LAN #. I called HDFC Customer Service(Banaglore) 4 times, but till today no response. Even i dont have any email id to send a strong email about the invalid entry in my account. But i dont have.

                                      Please help me to get it solved. If you need more information, please let me know.

                                      Bank — Wrongly Rs 15000 debited from my Saving Account

                                      Rs 15000 wrongly debited in my Saving account.

                                      Due to ATM machine fault, we could not get money but showing debit of Rs 15000/-. in Kolkata New Market branch.

                                      When went to SBI new market Kolkata branch for the complaint then I have been told to go to taht Bank where in Saving account has been opended that is Exhibition Road Patna and Patna branch is saying to go to New market Kolkata branch.

                                      I got fed up, because of loss of money & problem has not been solved.

                                      This is long pending issue of 2nd Jan'2008
