Same problem...HDFC Bank illegally snatched my funds of RS. 7.15.00 From my account...i really don't know proper reason...why my money is put on hold or worst taken away from me...in this pandemic situation even 7.15 is big amount plz hdfc manager look into this we consumer want good service frm you not thuggery ...

First of all i did not get any mail regarding this and since last 2 weeks it is showing -1768 by MiREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU.
As this is a salaried account and while opening the account itself it was earlier mentioned to me like we can make it to 0 as it is salaried account .
Then why this things happening now.
Remove this type of things or else i expect a call from HDFC team on this and try to fix it asap.
What the heck is this as no one told and now showing this type of stuffs.
Is this a way to handle salaried customer like that.
Resolve this issue asap please.

Mi revenue through gefu hold 2000 rupees from my account and one day hold amount got deducted in the form of debit return charge what is this ? And now new balance 369 hold and showing in minus what are you doing please revert money soon

Hi HDFC - This is really hard to say that your bank is doing real theft now a days. You guys are not understand the situation of customers. Due to covid pandemic lot of peoples lose their job and not able to get salary OR any amount transaction on their accounts. But HDFC customer support responded that there should be minimum balance should be maintained at this corona pandemic situation. I seen lot of mails from your banks to purchase online and no mails intimated this deduction rules and regulations. So please understand the situation and revise the rules to serve the people in good manner. And they will never go away from you.
I have account with hdfc bank and AMB require is 10000.
Every month i transfer 30k to 40k and maintain regular transaction in this aavount.
To fir HDFC walo tumari ma chudane ke liye charge kat rhe ho.
