[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Payzapp — reg. refund the amount

Hello team

I did a transaction from sbi credit card to payzapp on 05/03/2019, the amount of (Rs. 1000 and 1001) was deducted from my credit card account but the amount was not added in the payzapp wallet. Please do the needful at the earliest. Kindly refund the amount asap.

We like to confirm that load money transactions initiated on 05-Mar-2019 of Rs.1000/- and Rs.1001/- was failed. However, we have initiated the refund for the same to your source card number 4207 xxxx xxxx 7592 on 07-Mar-2019. It may take up to 5 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon the bank).
