Not yet refunded as per the agreed amount.
Asking gst to be deposited first an amount of 45 000 for settling the amount.
Not responding to my phone call to this number [protected] in delhi office.
Relationship manager (Ms. Nandini sharma [protected]) not responding to my call.
Not responding to my mail to [protected]@hdfclife.com for last three months

Hello Sir,
I do have similar issue. I had a paid my remaining premium (after original time frame) i had received similar email as above stating that your policy is elapsed and required to make the payment so i did paid 1, 80, 000 . (In favour of STF Care) Subsequently i had received a payment receipt and when i went and checked my details in the HDFC portal the details are not updated . Besides, i visited branch office and i showed the details which i have .Unfortunately i came to know your representative that it is fake . Please kindly do the needful and protect the customer like me
