[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Repeated fraud done by hdfc payzapp. Money not credited in merchant account

Using hdfc payzapp app i tried to recharge my tatasky account but twice i failed to recharge it and till date neither my money is refunded not iot is credited into tatasky a/c.

In past also it has happened multiple time and almost everytime i face issue. Even after 2 weeks i am know aware where my money is?

All transaction details are already shared and complaint number is LW53657 which registered on 10th July but you guys are so careless that even after repeated followup there is no update and I ahve lost my 400rs in this cheating.

I Have been using payzapp since last 5months. I have tried to add money to Payzapp from ICICI Credit card on 1st Sep-17. 8000/- had been deducted from ICICI Credit Card. but it hadn't been added in payzapp. i have a transaction id. i have been trying to connect to Payzapp Customer Care, but customer care number is not working . i know that i cheated by HDFC . i will complaint in consumer court against HDFC for cheating to customers .
