[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Repeated fraud done by hdfc payzapp. Money not credited in merchant account | |||
Using hdfc payzapp app i tried to recharge my tatasky account but twice i failed to recharge it and till date neither my money is refunded not iot is credited into tatasky a/c. In past also it has happened multiple time and almost everytime i face issue. Even after 2 weeks i am know aware where my money is? I have tried to add money to Payzapp from ICICI Credit card on 1st Sep-17. 8000/- had been deducted from ICICI Credit Card. but it hadn't been added in payzapp. i have a transaction id. i have been trying to connect to Payzapp Customer Care, but customer care number is not working . i know that i cheated by HDFC . i will complaint in consumer court against HDFC for cheating to customers .
